Lew in service (not sure on spelling).goes above and beyond. Clearing some trees, I beat up my new Husqvarna chainsaw. Lew called me to let me know the damage. More importantly, he offered (and delivered) on showing me the ins and outs on the Husqvarna to keep it running tip top. Thanks Lew.thats the kind of small-business courtesy/caring that cant compete with the big stores. A+

This place is awesome! Didn't even know it existed until a friend recommended it to me. There's a building attached to it that's actually a part of Angersteins.they sell fireplaces and lightning. The ladies there were very helpful, especially Kelly, who explained how the different fireplaces work. When I'm ready to do my project, I'll do my shopping there. That's a promise!

Well, elsmere 'hometown pride' compelled me to return here when we were in need of lighting fixtures. I remembered it as a well stocked, friendly, informative place. Recent reviews supported this and in addition several people mentioned that their lighting consultants were excellent. That was apparently not an option on offer the day we visited. Or perhaps such service was being reserved only for people who presented as potentially well-heeled customers.

So beware if you go shopping there in your weekend sweats or workout clothes.you will be ignored and/or talked down to, even if you tell the staff your neighborhood, your lighting and layout/design challenges.it was almost as if they thought we were making up our floor plan. Was there any offer of in-home consultation? No. Discussion of fixtures or bulbs on display? No. The most helpful person was someone over in the fireplace department.

Bought over 1,000 sq ft of EPHenry pavers here. There were a few bumps along the way but nothing that they couldnt fix or make right. I would buy from them again. Also appreciated the estimating and advice for a DIY patio/walkway from Chris and Scott

Our friends at Angersteins have a beautiful showroom for fireplaces and lighting. Brenda, Kelly, and Sandy know their products. They are professional and very helpful.

Very pleasant to deal with and got me the best price for what I needed. Curtis even went out of his way to grab something I asked for instead of me trying to find it. I will definitely be back!

We purchased a beautiful pellet stove here. It is actually our second one in our home - both are Harman brand strives, both purchased at Angerstein's. We were very pleased again with the service we received. Highly recommend.

Went w/ them after a couple of people suggested I should (for a DIY patio). I purchased tons of crushed gravel (delivered) & tons of sand (picked up), a machine tamper etc. Etc. All great prices. Also a retaining wall for the patio. Scott who works there was very helpful, gave us a lot of useful info. For our project, gave us some magazines on how to do it etc. I will always use them from now on, & I def. Recommend them.

I can't say enough great things about Angerstein's. The lighting selection is amazing and customer service is top notch. Pricing is competitive - the Design Center is a true gem. Kristen Ursomarso helped me with all of my lighting needs. They also carry E.P Henry - so we have moved to designing our back patio!
