My wife traveled 45 minutes today to Tile Market of Delaware in Lewes with the intention of placing a large order for a renovation we are doing in our kitchen. After waiting for a salesperson to finish with another customer she tried to ask her question when that salesperson turned and walked away without a word. She then found another person and told her of the rudeness of the other only to get "we are very busy, so what do you want?" in a dismissive fashion.

So my wife walked out and went to another tile store which not only had welcoming salespeople but the same tile for $12 a square foot less! Not only did Tile Market of Delaware lose us as a customer but we will be relating this story to others in our community so they can avoid that store. As the Julia Roberts character in the film Pretty Woman said to a sales clerk who previously dismissed her, "mistake, big mistake"!

Sydney was very helpful and made great suggestions of tile that worked beautifully. She is knowledgeable and has an eye for design. She was also very patient especially when we left for the car and, returned to change our mind. Excellent service!

Such a great selection and very attentive service. There's a clearance section as well. They will give you samples of tile and grout. Very clean space and nicely laid out samples. Worth drilling here to get ideas and your product!

Great place to shop for tiles and tiling related items. You'll find tiles that are not stocked by the big reno stores. If they don't have what you need, they will order. The people at the store are friendly and ready to assist. Check them out for those one of a kind tiles. You won't be disappointed. Make sure to check their clearance section as well. They have great choices at great prices.

The showroom itself is Covid 19 protective. Staff wear masks, hand sanitizer available. Social distancing. This is my third project using them. They installed tile in my sunroom, and kitchen backsplash. The latest projection was redoing our upstairs bathroom floor with Everlife Luxury Vinyl Tile. We have a shore theme so decided on a boardwalk like wood look.

It has changed the whole look of our bathroom for sure. They recommended Michael who has many years experience and did a phenomenal installation. Was finished in a couple of hours easily.

Local, 4 us in Middletown, great selection of countertops 2 look at, plus Sinks & Faucets 2 choose from! Friendly atmosphere, workers seem knowledgeable & willing 2 help! So far an ENJOYABLE experience!

We were immediately greeted with a smile and were taken back to what we wanted to buy. She was very knowledgeable and spent all the time we needed to decide on the tile we bought. They have a back room where you can purchase discontinued items at a discount. We were very pleased with the service, price and what we bought.

Has one of the largest selections around, they can be a bit pricey, but they do know what they are talking about. When it comes to tile and countertops

As a real estate investor, I flip houses and the Tile Market is always my go to store. Regardless of the type of flip (low or high end) I can always find something that is in my budget. The staff are always more than helpful when picking out products. Whatever remodeling or building you are doing, I can confidently say that the Tile Market should be your first stop.

Like this place but they said they would be right with us and told us to go to the back and check out samples. The showroom was quite toasty, and I'm not a whiner or a complainer that just looks for negative things but we are serious buyers looking for granite countertops. They left us in the back for 25 minutes waiting on them. Store was not busy at all maybe 4 other customers besides us.

We finally just left. As we were leaving, we noticed our guy was still on the phone. My theory is, phone calls can be returned. Walk in customers are a one time shot in most cases. Not hating but wasn't very happy with my visit today.

Tile Market was an awesome experience in the selection of our tile for our kitchen and laundry room. Our sales person, Sue at the Middletown location was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us pick our tile. She has a detail for style and decorating and is an asset to Tile Market. The Wilmington location also did an amazing job in fabricating granite for our laundry room.

My experience was nothing but awesome with Pierce Fence. Jenna is a gem, Bob Sr came out to estimate the job (when no one else would). I could not believe how easy they made it and with a great price too! I called 3 other places when I was looking for a fence. I am so glad I picked Pierce Fence! The installers Dennis and Matt were very friendly, professional, neat and just an all around pleasure to deal with.

And they're workmanship was top notch, I have a nice even fence, thank you! I would without hesitation refer my friends and family. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Purchased tile for our kitchen backsplash and our hall bath renovation. The designers could not be more helpful. I dealt with 2 in particular who went above and beyond to help me. Our projects are just about complete and we love our choices and were very pleased with everything about the Tile Market of Delaware.

We shopped three places for our granite countertops. TMOD had the best price by ~$800! The selection of granite was great. The staff in Wilmington is top notch (Morgan). The templater was extremely helpful. The installers were excellent. Bottom line-- a great experience from beginning to end. We love our new countertops.

Great advise and service! Just needed a backsplash so I came with door, floor and granite sample. Ray gave me two design options and i went with the least expensive. It looks great and I've been getting a lot of compliments. Only negative is this is not the easiest place to get to.

I am in the middle of my renovation and have been to the Tile Market a few times. It's a very large place and has a wide selection. Unfortunately they don't carry DalTile products, which will probably be a chunk of our project, but they did have just about everything else - a huge variety of stone tiles, mosaics, glass mosaics, hand made tile, as well as your run of the mill ceramics.

Their staff is friendly and helpful. I'm not in the market for design advice (yet) but they were helpful in getting me samples to take - they didn't have a small sample of one tile I was interested in so they let me take the whole board. Another good thing is that all the prices are clearly marked on the tiles or boards - other places I've been to (mainly chi-chi places) forced you to ask for a quote - look, i'm not in the market for $100/sq ft. tile so I don't want you to go through the trouble of writing me up a quote when there's no way in hell I'll ever buy it. I'm not sure I'll end up buying from them, this is a long distance renovation and i still have to look in Rhode Island (where the house is.) But it is a nice big facility with a huge selection, good prices, and nice people.
