Stopped in the shop and spoke with Bill in person, middle of March '22. Bill was nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. We both seemed excited to get my project started. He had me fill out paperwork, detailing my project, and advised me to call him the first of April to check his schedule. The first of April came, I stopped back in and spoke with Bill. Again, great guy, only, he had no idea who I was, and couldn't recall what project I was talking about.

I understood, shop is swamped, no problem. We again spoke about my project, he had me fill out another project form, and he advised me to call first of May. First of May came, I stopped back in. He advised he was opening a new, bigger shop in the area, and someone would be calling me soon, possibly within the week, to get started. I asked if my project could possibly be done by fathers day, he advised that it was very possible!

As of 6/14/22, I have heard nothing from this organization. I did however, see Bill on Fox 2 Detroit on 6/13, after his shop had apparently done an oil change on a corvette for charity. Although I'm happy for Bill and his publicity, I'll be looking elsewhere for my project needs.

Had my car for a month and a half and did one thing. The communication is horrible! Two people that I had bring their cars was unsatisfied as well and came back to pick up their car. I would never refer this place to anyone! African Americans cars are not important at this place! My car came in clean I picked it up dirty as hell!

Critical: Professionalism Met with Bill who seemed legit and ready to take on my mustang restoration project. We talked fir about an hour; he said he'd get back to me in a few days with an estimate and never did. I've emailed and left voicemails several times requesting a followup. It'a been a month and still haven't received a response.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality This place had my Car for 19 months. Never finished it. Excuse after excuse. Trust me find Somewhere else to restore your car.

We uses Bill and the guys at Wrenchers to fix our clients classic vehicles. I've never had a bad experience.

I had an excellent experience with this shop. Do you guys know what they're doing and they're all very polite and courteous and extremely professional. In my opinion they went above and beyond what a standard shop would ever do for me so I would recommend them highly. In addition to all of that their shop is very clean which gives you that sense of security that your baby is going to be taken care of. Great experience.

My husband practically lives here. It's the only place he'll go to have work done on his car. Sometimes I think the car doesn't even need work done and he goes just because.
