Very professional and accurate truss calculations, and great communication skills with building inspectors. Mark here has excellent service, and he goes above and beyond to help his customers. I'm very thankful that they helped us with our trusses for our newest custom home build. I will always call them for any truss related work, and thanks again for all your help Mark! 5 plus stars

I am white. And I had a very similar experience with this company. having poor communication was this companies particular problem. Not racism. Throwing an Accusation like being racist is ludicrous and completely false. I know for fact that they hire people bases on merit. So come on peeps let be accountable for ourselves weather they're triumphs or failures.

Very racist company. Im a black male who applied for work here multiple times, the first time being in May of 2017. Before applying i called yo make sure they were hiring ppl with no experience, and the lady confirmed with a "yes". I decided to go in to put in a application anf go meet with the hiring manager. The hiring manager never even gave me a chance he just said that "we're not hiring right now, but you can keep trying".
My girlfriend's cousin (Hispanic) went 2 days later with his dad who doesnt have papers and they both got hired the same day. They come back home telling me to go apply again because they had just hot hired the same day. So me being determined to get a job so i can feed my family went back again to put in a app. The same guy "Nathan" told me they werent hiring again. Thats wben it hit me as i looked around at all the workers and only noticed one black looking guy.
I just dont understand how ppl who has done prison time be in charge of hiring ppl if they dont know how present equal opportunities to every race. Thank god i was able to gind a job, but I had to sure my story about this racist company that doesn't give black guys chances!
