LIVED ACROSS THE STREET FROM THEM IN THE CITY FROM 1985 TO 2003. ALWAYS THERE IN AN EMERGENCY WHEN YOU NEED THEM. EXCELLENT WORK. VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. REASONABLE PRICES. FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. KNEW THE WHOLE FAMILY, INCLUDING THE DOG. HE IS IN WILLIAMSVILLE NOW IF YOU SEE FRED. TELL HIM I SAID HELLO AND THAT I SENT YOU.

Called because my shower drain would not drain and nothing I did helped. They were very friendly on the phone and gave me a 2 hour window for him to show up. He called saying he was on his way and was there right at the beginning of the window time. Freddie was super nice and explained all the work he did, in total it took him 15-20 minute to clear the drain and having it running like new!
It was a bit pricy but he was professional and courteous, making sure everything was cleaned and back in place before he left. Next time I may ask for an estimate of the total cost on the phone just so I know, but would recommend them!

I had used this business a number of times in my city dwelling days. They were OK. They also provided service when I initially moved out to the Southtowns. They were OK then. Now they are too haughty to deal with past customers who live outside of their comfort range. I've tried a number of times to procure their services. It just does not happen if you don't live within the area that they work in.
Your guess is as good as mine. Most recent. I need grab bars installed in both of my bathrooms. Freddy Junior stopped by, told me what to look at and would not accept a deposit. Should have known that this was never going to happen. And it did not. I am looking for alternatives. This should not need to be so difficult.
