What a great job! on time. Cleaned up after themselves. my home is old so, i thought they would have trouble. My walls are not straight. That guy Rick really knows his stuff. I had Rick, from Sayville Shower Doors install three shower doors in my home. I spent a lot of money with his company. I feel that that are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. When I asked them to come back then made up a price. When they came, they got mud all over my floors and only did 1/2 the job also leaving all of the excess silicone on my floor without cleaning it. I would not recommend them and will not be using them agai

I had a Global Commercial Door Closer installed by Sayville Custom Mirrors on August 13,2013 and the manufacturer, on their website has warrantied the product for 15 years. I was having issues with the door closer and called Sayville Custom Mirrors about it. I was told that it will cost me $225 to install a new one. When I asked about the manufacturers warranty I was told that they do not know anything about it and will have to install a new door closer and that will be $225.
I was not even given the courtesy by them to come and at least check the product. I will not recommend Sayville Custom Mirror to anyone. Very disappointed with their Customer Service.
