I have been going to the store for my stained glass needs. Their prompt shipping has made my visits redundant. Place an order and two days later I get my stuff delivered. I used to buy from Delphi till I found about RAG and now I prefer buying local. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very competitive. Shipping cost are very reasonable.

I have placed a few orders with RAG & they are always very fast at responding to my questions. Jay even checked my order to make sure everything was in stock since I was having computer issues. I didn't even have to ask! Wow! So, 1 item was unavailable, so I changed it out for a few other things. I can't wait to have my package arrive in 3 days, I have to plan what I want to create in my kiln over holiday break! Thank you RAG.wish you had a store in Ohio/Mich area.

Opened a WS account approximately 3 months ago. Unlike another customer commented, I was made fully aware in writing and via email communications while setting up the account of the minimum order for both my initial order, and future orders. However, I did overlook the minimum yearly purchase to keep my account active (which is NOT going to be a problem) for me. Luckily, I don't live that far away where I can place my order and pickup to avoid shipping costs where possible. Thank you RAG staff for all your hard work.

A friend was told that her business was in for a wholesale acct. Then was never notified of her log in info. They raised the minimum amt that you can order because of the high shipping costs. Making the customer pay for shipping twice. I ordered things last week and while working and on the road I called and was informed of the $100 min. I said cancel the order, I will look later and said I was working and on the road.
Today I went in to order and they had canceled my acct without informing me that they were going to do so because I hadn't ordered in over a year. When my other friend opened her acct and hadn't ordered they called her to let her that she was going to lose it. They said they would reinstate me, but I might have to order $300 worth of product! I ordered a kiln from them and when I wanted to cancel it, they told me I would lose 50% of my deposit. Then when I got the kiln and had problems with it. They refused to let me talk to someone who could help me with it. It's the same kiln they use in the studio!

I had the good fortune of going with a good friend of mine and her sister to a hot glass workshop a few weeks ago. It was hands down the BEST experience ever. Justin was our instructor, a man of enormous patience! He carefully guided us through the entire process of creating paper weights, it was just fascinating. I created two paperweights and I couldn't be more pleased, they are absolutely beautiful! I am definitely going to organize a special field trip for some of my high school students!
