Nice place looks like it has a lot of supply but what we needed was not replenish

Many times when I go into building sippy stores I'm treated at a different level as the in crowd contractors they see every day. I needed help with fixing an old outdoor spigot. They were able to basically rebuild it. They were the first plumbing supply store to help after going to several around the area. They went beyond anything anyone else had even attempted, frequently being told I would have to replace the whole thing. Thanks:-

Went to purchase replacement shower and tub fixture for Moen bathtub faucet. The rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was better than I found on the Internet. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. Would and will use them again.

Really hate giving small business owners a one star but these guys will rip you off if you don't have an account or prove you are a tradesman they simply rip you off. I had to pay 53.00 for a 15.00 part. The part was a moem diverter cartridge and all plastic vs the brass one I took out. For the extractor they wanted 45.00 and at the box store it was 12.99 WTF is up with them.

Horrible customer service experience you could ever imagine to be a first time customer, and on top of that very expensive. Original part could be found for around $5 to $15, and that guy charge me $25 for a replacement that you could get everywhere else for half that price.

We have had a terrible time finding replacement adapters to connect the shower sprayer hose to regular hose so we can fill the tub at the hospital.
