Verrazano flooring people were easy to deal with, prompt and did a great job repairing a portion of wood floors. Although I was told they might need to come back a second day to finish, they were able complete the job in one day. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Verrazano Flooring did an excellent job on restoring a section of our 100 year old parlor floors in our brownstone. The floors were water damaged by previous tenants - so we were a bit frantic and was looking for someone who would be up to the job. They arrived on time, finished within a few hours and was clean and courteous. I will definitely call them again if we need to install new flooring or repair our old floors. Great job.

Gina, Glenn, and the whole team at Verrazano Flooring were a pleasure to work with on a sanding and refinishing of my wood floors. I wanted to make the place feel lighter - and they gave me options and good advice, and then did quality work, and it now looks beautiful. Their team did thorough work: on time, taking care to protect baseboards and other surfaces, didn't generate any complaints from neighboring apartments.

So professional - they did a beautiful job - our previously boring hardwood floors came back to life and are sporting a rich, deep new color. Verrazano made sanding & refinishing our floors a breeze! Highly responsive and communicative, and the work speaks for itself. The team gave us a solid second opinion during our initial consult. Another group didn't want to sand because there wasn't a ton of wood left. The other guys said they'd sand 1/8" and the floors would be too weak afterwards. Verrazano came in, explained that 1/8" is way too aggressive, and they were confident in the job, they could sand 1/32" and it'd be no problem.

They were right! They were flexible about scheduling with us (we were trying to arrange to have the work done while we were out of town for the holidays) and we came home to beautiful reworked floors! All the follow up and communication made us feel confident about what was happening. Also, we were able to easily pay remotely via Zelle after the work was done.

Absolutely pleased with the professionalism, communication, efficiency, and throrough knowledge exhibited by Verrazano Flooring in connection with our project. In the space of 5 working days, the company was able to complete an extensive floor project that upgraded our space by not a small amount. On top of that, our place was left sparkling at the end.

Additional thoughts: I appreciated the Verrazano flooring willing to work with our constraints. For example, we initially had to stay in the home and they broke the job into segments to make it work for us. When we decided to leave but gave them a strict deadline, they met it. They worked with us on vision- when we communicated staining, Frank asked for an inspiration picture, named the stain, and the team still showed up with options to get us what we needed.a small number of examples but too many to name to make this project a breeze.

Construction or renovation work without a hassle is near unheard of. I also need to say a great thank you for everyone there, all the way to Gina and how friendly and helpful and knowledgeable everyone was. I know Verrazano is very well known and I see why. I highly recommend them for a job perfectly done

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Verrazano Flooring and would highly recommend them for not only their excellent work in refinishing the floors of our new apartment, but also, perhaps even more importantly, their outstanding customer service. Gina went above and beyond in working with me to schedule the work, given the various changes we had to make in light of some renovations we also needed done, and she was patient, kind, and an absolute professional in every way.

I want to sing the praises of this wonderful company. We had them to varnish the floors in our whole houseand fix a few broken spots. What they did was to leave our whole home looking shiny and new! The photo below was a discolored area that we planned on covering with furniture - now it is as lovely as the rest. Bravo! Pleasant and professional beginning to end. We highly recommend working with Verrazano for hardwood floor repair. We had a small area of damage and they replaced the wood and subfloor efficiently and skillfully. They left no gaps between the new boards and our baseboard; left no mess; and created a seamless look - the new boards are identical to the surrounding hardwood. They were transparent about pricing throughout, and they offer good value.

It was challenging to get an initial evaluation and to schedule their services because they're in high demand for good reason - it's worth persisting to get them for the job. Would work with them again without hesitation.

After our apartment floors buckled after a nasty flood (thanks ice maker) we contacted the Verrazano Flooring crew. They not only know their craft, but are very service oriented, friendly and guide you through the (sometimes heinous) steps. They are competitively priced and super efficient. Our advice? We are so happy with how our floors turned out. We purchased a coop apartment and wanted to sand and finish the floors, and have some repairs done. Gina was fantastic at coordinating everything from start to finish. Glenn's estimate was perfect. The job done by Elias and company was magnificent. Verrazano Flooring was very quick and accommodating and did a great job refinishing the floors within my apartment. In and out within two days and the floors look great. I plan to reach out to them for my flooring projects in the future. Would recommend!

Amazing service! All of the staffs I encountered were very professional. Gina and Frank were helpful on scheduling an appointment for an estimate over the phone. Glen was prompt and came down for the estimate on the very same day. A detailed estimate was done within 15 minutes for a 2,200 sf space. On the day of the work, the crew arrived on time and took all necessary safety measures with proper PPE's in place.

Floor was restored like new within the promised time frame. I have worked with Verrazano for over 5 years and will keep coming back if I ever need any flooring work to be done right! 10/10 recommended.
