Understand the sales tactics of the sales person. If the sales person tells you "the deal is only good until Friday" or they continue dropping their prices on the spot, they are looking to sell you on the spot. Make the sales person talk about the windows they sell - not their competitors windows. Sales people that sell negatively against competition are avoiding talking about the pros and cons of their own product. Be mindful that a sales team will want to sell whatever windows they offer, even if they aren't the best fit for your home.
Outdated windows can severely affect the overall look of your home, leaving it looking less than stellar. If you're ready to install new windows at your Tucson or Phoenix area residence, the team at Apex Windows & Bath is here to help! With over 20 years of glass experience, we've got the skills and knowledge to help you choose and install the right windows for your needs. Have been waiting for over a year for a replacement window. Every time I inquire the person i was previous dealing with doesnt work there anymore. I was told the replacement window was in but they were waiting for a spacer and now im being told they have lost the pattern and they have to come out and measure again. The initial inquiry was March 2021. Poor communication and follow up. Unfortunate since the people I have dealt with all seem very nice. Seems like a poorly managed company that could use some help.

Those windows have poor quality issues from the workmanship of themselves. Most of the new homes in my area have the same issues. The silicon shielded around the window glass is partially missing and there are cracks all around the window frames. Possibly, they did not flash the windows correctly. Rain water seeps in recently. I do not recommend anyone to buy these type of windows.

I had apex replace just about every window in my house, and up to this point have not had an issue. Until about 2 months ago to have a window fixed, it took about a month to get someone out to look at the damage and another to get the company to say they would re-glaze the window. The installer was a no show on October 22nd 2021, and I purposely called to make sure they would be coming out to the appointment within the appointment window on the 22nd.
I was assured he was. I left a message after the no-show and received no call back. From the first call I made to them for the repair I have always initiated contact, never once have they reached out to me throughout the entire 2 months for follow up or to ask if I have been taken care of. Very disappointed after spending so much money, at one point when there was question on weather or not the repair was covered I said I would pay for it!
I just wanted it fixed. Zero customer service. I filled a BBB complaint against them and they haven't responded to that. Truly a company that could care less, deceiving A+ rating.

I've had the same experience as other reviewers with their "warranty" and customer service. I put in a request for repair under warranty in March of 2020- their technicians came out to my house, said they didn't have the correct size window but would order it and return but never did and it is now August of 2021. I have made numerous calls about this and each time they take my info, say they can't find my file but will look it up and will call me by the end of the day, which has yet to happen.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago because of condensation in between the glass of our sliding glass door that we had installed last spring. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that lead person was going out of town that I would be scheduled for July 29 between 12-4 but that I would be contacted closer to the date with a better time frame. Tuesday, July 27.called to verify appointment, at which time I was told I was being bumped.
I explained that bumping wasn't a convenient option for me due to a change in my schedule starting next week. Was told that it wouldn't be a problem and that we wouldn't reschedule. That someone would reach out to me before they came. Thursday, July 29.3pm. No phone call yet. So and I called. Told my appointment was cancelled, but that no one bothered to call to inform me of such. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Was first told she was busy.
Then was told I couldn't be transferred. When I asked for the direct phone number, was immediately transferred. Thursday, July 29.spoke to supervisor, who was less than apologetic and to be quite frank, rude. She stated that the door was out of the 2 year warranty and that the file she had for us didn't have record of our purchase in 2020. To which I replied that we just purchased the doors last spring and that I remembered that because we had them installed during COVID (I also found the invoice from April of 2020).
Absolutely no attempt to remedy the situation, other than, "we will call you" which clearly they're not good at. We were repeat customers, having purchased multiple windows both at our current house and previous residence. Will not be returning to APEX.

I don't understand how companies like this stay in business. We moved into a new home and the master shower was missing glass. That glass was back ordered. Someone called me about a week later and scheduled a time for the glass to be installed. That day rolled around and no one came to my house. I called to see why no one came and was told they didn't even have the glass in.
It's now been 5 weeks later and a tech came out today to install the glass. The piece of glass was broken and he was still going to install it. We said no and to order a new one. So I call customer service to talk about this issue and Rachel did not care to listen, she was super rude and kept talking over me and told me I need to talk to someone else who was on a break. How about apologizing for the major inconvenience this has been for us and making it right. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I called to get a quote on replacing the seals around some of the windows in our home, a gentleman came out took some measurements and pictures and said he would get back to us in a couple of days. Well that couple of days has turned into 2 1/2 weeks and nothing, I have called him 3 times and still nothing. I guess they don't need or want the work.
The worst thing is I have had 2 other companies out for a quote and BOTH of them got me the price in 1 day. If this is how they respond to a potential customer I would hate to see how the treat a paying customer.

March 2021. From across the house I heard a loud noise like a bucket of rock and sand being dumped. I ran toward the sound to find glass covering the shower and bathroom floor. One of the shower doors had just shattered. I swept up 50 lbs of glass. Reporting the issue to Apex spawned a litany of phone transfers and inability to find files. I was told, Quote."glass does not just shatter". end quote.
True it had been 16 months since installation but IT HAPPENED! Promised call backs failed till, days later. I was told the Phoenix V.P. said "Impossible". No request of information or offer of inspection. I could see this company was not going to guarantee its product or installation. Still. IT HAPPENED! So I did some research. "It doesn't suprise us when glass breaks because glass breaks, " says a spokesman for the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Shower doors spontaneously exploding, with perfectly rational explanations, has happened to thousands of people and is well documented. An almost invisible chip can give way to temperature changes or even vibrations. A defect during manufacturing called "nickel sulfide inclusion". A piece of foreign material gets trapped inside the glass and over time can cause the glass to shatter for no obvious reason.

It has been very disappointing and disconcerting with the service from Apex windows and doors. My husband and I moved into a beautiful newly built Robson Ranch home in June 2020 and our glass shower door and panels were badly scratched. Apex keeps promising to replace the shower glass but every time they call to confirm our appt. they have to cancel because the glass came in scratched. What kind of company deals with a glass manufacturer that under performs!? It is October 16th and we still do not have our shower for glass panel replaced.

Pretty horrible consultation. I believe his Name was Jon. Showed up late. Didn't introduce himself. Told us absolutely nothing about the product. Just measured and left. The only positive thing was probably how cheap the windows were. If you want information on your purchase these are not the guys. Poor communication skills and no customer service. We ended up buying our windows from Tucson Windows and Door.

We are currently living in a home that was built by Maranonte home in 2006. We have had 2 windows that the seals have burst allowing moisture and condensation to build up. We called then to see if they were under warranty and was transferred to their record keeper. She told us that they were installed by Apex windows. I called to see what the warranty was and was told 2 years.
This says volumes! How sad that companies do not back their products and services these days! Update: I think if we were going to have our windows looked at I would want to find a company that has a better warranty in place. Yes, it has been 14 years but it is not uncommon that quality windows have more lengthy warranties, some even lasting a lifetime.
Yes it would have been nice to find out our windows were covered, but I I knew it was a long shot. What I am complaining about is that your windows are only under warranty for 2 years, and yes, that speaks volumes about your products. Windows are expensive and a 2 year warranty basically says your products are not very good otherwise you would stand behind them with a more lengthy warranty.

This company was a big disappointment. The owner, Keith Regina, came out to finalize measures on a Friday and promised to get a contract and product info to me that day per our discussion at the job site. That didn't happen. Starting on Monday I repeatedly tried to contact him via text and voicemail. After 3 days I finally called John Davis who was another Apex contact/salesperson that had sent me a quote.
No return call from him either. Then on the 4th day I get a brief email from John saying "sorry for the delay, see attached contract". I'm literally trying to give them money and couldn't get a phone call from anyone. My husband always says, "if something starts out bad, don't expect it to get any better". After dealing with Apex for almost 2 weeks trying to get a correct estimate and order 10 windows and 1 sliding patio door I took his advice and went with another company. Do yourself a big favor and go with a company that provides excellent communication and customer service.

These guys are bit incompetent. I have had to schedule repair/warranty work with them 3 times. Each time I had to call to find out why they aren't showing up when they say they would. Turns out they hadn't even ordered the materials needed although it was pointed out that this was the cause several times. They also blamed on changeout of personnel and inability to find work orders, etc.
All excuses. This is the worst customer service. They say they are working it and very nice, but results completely lacking. Beware of working with them, especially if you need any repair or warranty work.

JD, Keith, and the two Victors were all very professional and knowledgeable. As a military member I've lived in various states and have had windows replaced in almost every house I've lived in. I can tell you without a doubt Apex Window is hands down the best. From the initial quote to scheduling and installation; Keith, JD and the crew ensured I received the best windows for my budget, made sure I understood the scheduling and installation process and cleanly installed everything as promised. They are my go to when recommending anything windows.

We did a remodel of a guest house. Apex came out to measure and install a glass shower wall in the master bath. John Davis from Apex was professional, asking questions about things I hadn't even considered when selecting what I wanted. He showed me pictures of various installations already done with frame and frameless glass walls. It took me awhile to decide what I wanted and he was very patient with me.
The installation was on schedule and went smoothly and is beautiful! I couldn't have asked for anything better than what was installed. I would recommend and use Apex again.

Benchmark Tucson contractor. We ordered about 20 windows from Apex. Installation happened on time, crews worked cleanly and were very respectful in our home. Pricing was more than competitive after comparing estimates from two other contractors. One constructive criticism: communication. Some windows had errors in them, cracks, wrong design, etc. and nobody would tell us until after the crews were here or had already left. Willing to overlook because the rest of the experience was entirely positive. Even had a slight discount for paying upfront. Strongly recommend.

The worst customer service and company in the industry, I was called a liar when after they came to my home and repaired a leak not once but twice and couldn't repair it, I called customer service and spoke to a Shawna who told me that thier technician who came out said there was no leak? Are you kidding me I have the work order to prove it. Now on top of that I needed someone out to my home by 8:00am and I gave them 365 days in order to schedule it, yeah you guessed it they told me they couldn't do when I know that they absolutely could of done it and if needed could of even done it on a Saturday. Shawna with thier customer service department needs to find another line of work since she definitely doesn't know how to deal with customers, there was also another gentleman that I spoke with prior though I don't remember his name but he was also no help.
By the way now this 3rd time when they came out I made sure that when I signed the work order it clearly was written that thier technician found and repaired a leak. I'm hoping I don't have to have them out a 4th time. Shawna needs to come out into the field so she understands and sees the product that these technicians are working on and maybe then she'll appreciate an honest customer and think twice before she calls someone else a liar.

Very Happy and kept more money in my pockets! Called Keith for a quote for windows. He came by and took a look. Very Nice dude. Said he would do the best he can to give me the very best deal. Call back with Great news on the price for the windows installed! Thousands less than the quote from the other people that knock on your door to sell you windows!
I said deal. Keith explained the steps and it would be a process to have the windows made. A week later they came by to remeasure the windows to make sure a perfect fit. The windows were ready, so I scheduled to get them done the following week. The crew was AWESOME! They were Friendly, Professional, Clean, and efficient as possible. I grilled up some Hot dogs and soda's for these hard workers! Love my new Widows but more important the wife loves them! Time Frame: 3-4 weeks I already gave Keith's info to some friends! Recommended Highly!

We have been waiting for screen doors for 6 months. Our contractor called them and they said they measured, but we never let them in to measure. They delivered screens the wrong size. They have been notified several times by our contractor, and still no response. Gave them our phone number to make an appointment to re-measure, but they have not contacted us. After speaking with our contractor again today, it seems Keith at Apex is ignoring him so I felt compelled to warn other prospective clients.

I can't suggest this business. I purchased my windows 9/30.still do not have paperwork telling what kind they are or info about the warranty. I contacted my salesman, Keith, he gets back to me a few days later. Mike is supposed to be contacting me.nothing! The 2 workers were very good- worked hard and showed me things. Try another company! I am contacting BBB to see if they can help.

I was referred to Apex Windows and Bath by a friend of mine when I mentioned I was looking into dual pane windows. I had called around and shopped for estimates and decided to give Apex a call. Andrew was very professional and invited me down to the showroom in Rita Ranch to show me the different products and took the time to explain the differences between them.
I had their team come out to measure my windows and received a written quote later that day. I was impressed with the bid which also included installation. It was several hundred dollars less than one company I looked into, and THOUSANDS less than renewal by you know who. I slept on it and promptly placed the order for the windows and slider the next day.
Once they arrived we scheduled the installation. The 2 person installation team showed up on time as expected and went to town. They did a fantastic job and I am very impressed with the final product! I couldn't be happier! You can love your new windows without selling your first born child! Andrew and his team will make sure you're taken care of! Thank you to the Apex Team!
