I made an appointment last week at La Pietra. Fatima Williams was my sales consultant for La Pietra. I am am completely rehabbing a cabin I purchased in a lake community in Danbury. Fatima showed me the big operation they have, I was very impressed. I put a deposit on a gorgeous slab. I was very impressed by Fatima, she listen and guided me. Fatima is extremely knowledgeable and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to working with Fatima as I redo my cabin.

Absolutely no customer service - I called 4 times regarding a problem and each time was promised a call back. It never came. They did the counters for Toll Brothers in Newtown and once you are off the warranty, they don't want to know you. They do not even extend the courtesy to return calls. 0 stars would be appropriate for this company, but google doesn't provide that option.

My experience of La Pietra has been excellent. Everyone with whom I dealt was most efficient and courteous, from the first time I walked in and met Fabby, who took me to chose the stone, to the people who came to measure and then fit the beautiful vanity tops. Any queries I had along the way were answered promptly. The CAD session with Angel before final approval was so interesting, seeing how expertly all points were addressed.
She took such good care of everything, matching the veining in the granite and bringing in the cutters for their opinion. I am really very happy with the result: a highly professional and very pleasing job.

From meeting with Angel to order and pick out stone to installation today done by Boous and Aulto (sorry if I misspelled your names) and everyone and everything in between, it was an amazing experience. Professional, reasonably priced, excellent communication throughout the process, on time and courteous. Most of all my new granite counters are beautiful. I will recommend La Pietra to everyone. Excellent job! Five stars! Great people and very professional. We ordered from La Pietra a granite countertop for our bathroom. The outcome is better than we could imagine. These guys have done exactly what we wanted (size, quality, piece of stone). In addition, their prices are very reasonable. We paid just $500 for our countertop. Previously, we had a very bad experience with another fabricator nearby that charged us $1,200 (more than double comparing to La Pietra for the same countertop), but that guy did a terrible job (wrong color of granite, wrong size, and large scratch in the middle of the countertop). Moreover, that guy refused to take his defective countertop back.
That is why it is very important to find a really good fabricator you can trust if you want to get a perfect result at the end. After we had received our gorgeous countertop from La Pietra, we ordered a granite top for our coffee table. The result was fantastic again! We will do more projects at this outstanding company very soon. I highly recommend La Pietra in Brookfield. Fabby and Fatima are the best! Thank you!

We tried to work with 3 different companies over the course of 4 months and they all kept dragging us along/not responding in a timely fashion. Then a friend referred us to La Pietra and everything started to go smoothly. Two weeks later and we've got a beautifully installed wet bar countertop that matches our existing kitchen counter. We couldn't be happier. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. 10/10 would use again.

Just had a granite vanity top installed and couldn't be more pleased. The most difficult part of this whole experience was deciding between all of the different stone options available. The pieces were ready when promised and the installation crew was on time, professional, and did a beautiful job! Great experience!

I had the best day experience at La Pietra. Fabby and Angel were extremely helpful and professional. They paid attention to every detail and kept me posted throughout the entire process. They went out with me to pick out my slabs on cold days and had all the patience with me. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

We just hired La Pietra Tile & Stone for a pretty tough job in replacing just a portion of our granite counter top that had been cracked when we moved in, With a two year old being able to reach up and pull down on the edge of the counter, it was time to shell out some cash. We were happy with Fabby's estimate, though, and since the price was right we moved forward.
The process includes a sales rep coming out for an inspection and consult, a surveyor who comes and measure, and then the team of craftsman come and do the job. First, let me preface this by saying that Angel cautioned us multiple times on how the replacement piece of the counter may differ slightly in design from what we would be getting, but we pushed forward anyway due to funding issues.
They nailed the design match and you can barely tell the difference. The machining of the edge of the counter is a spot on match and the craftsmen who did the job managed to remove the old counter without any damage to our wall tiles. It was a phenomenal effort and the guys let our little boy play foreman so he could enjoy the "fix kitchen" time too (within reason for safety).
From soup to nuts the experience was an absolute pleasure and we are relieved to know that La Pietra is our go-to service for any stone or tile work we will have in the future. Thank you Fabby, Joshua, the crew, and Angel!

We hired La Pietra to fabricate and install kitchen and bath counter tops. The project went great. We worked with Fabby and her skill and professionalism shone through so brightly that we had no idea that she was new to the company. I would highly recommend working with Fabby. Not only is she knowledgeable, personable, and helpful, but she's easy to keep in contact with and she was a HUGE hit with our 4 year old daughter! (BONUS!) The counter tops look amazing, too.
The only thing I wish could've been done better is if the installation crew let us know that it would be as big of a dusty mess as it was. We weren't prepared for that amount of cutting to be done in the kitchen and on the counters. We left all of our dishes and utensils in the drawers and cabinets figuring that their tarps would be enough. Again thinking only light cutting for faucet holes, etc.
Unfortunately when we opened up the drawers and cabinets EVERYTHING was completely, and totally covered in thick white dust. It's been nearly a week and we're still washing our kitchenware. This, in the grand scheme of things is not a huge deal but rather just an inconvenience that could've been easily avoided. We definitely stand by our 5 Star review and we would recommend Fabby and La Pietra to anyone in the market.

My experience with La Pietra was terrific and easy. As this was the first real work I've had done, they helped make it go smoothly. The selection of stone is vast and the different types, the pros and cons of different stones, was well explained. Fabio and Junior were friendly, helpful, and patient, as were all other staff. Any questions or minor issues once installed were addressed readily.
The kitchen counter is beautiful! I was impressed with their follow up and responsiveness even after all the work was completed. I would return to them in the future and recommend to others.

La Pietra did a gorgeous and professional installation in my kitchen. Dealing with them was a pleasure. The true mark of a company that is worth recommending is what kind of customer service you get when things don't go perfectly. But in my case, even with a few glitches (wrong tile delivered from the manufacturer, contractor's installation mistake), Fabio and his team worked with me until it was right.
Their communication was clear and timely, the resolution was fair. Hearing a friend's horror story (she worked with someone else for her kitchen countertops) I realized how overdue this positive review was. I get tons of compliments, and would work with them again. Totally recommend.

From the moment I walked in the door at La Pietra, until my new counter tops were installed, Fabio and Angel were fantastic to work with. The professionalism and work they perform are outstanding. I will be recommending La Pietra Marble to anyone who needs what this company has to offer. I was able to pick out my beautiful quartzite slab and then computer design how I wanted each kitchen counter to look! It was installed exactly the way I wanted it to look in my kitchen! I recently posted a review and was asked to delete it off of the site by the "La Pietra" Owner. I deleted my post in knowing that the company would then show us their customer service in full effect. This did not happen. We made arrangements for "La Pietra" to fix their mistakes (fill in the Grout when they mis measured our countertops) They then told us they would be at our house between the hours of 8am-9am.
My husband and I both work and we have a 6 month old. We made sure one of us took off from work and were home during that time and no one showed up. When my husband called La Pietra at 9:30am, He was told that "someone was on their way". Ten minutes later, a call was made back to my husband saying that "The team member was still working on another project and can't come to your house".
This was a HUGE inconvenience to our family. My husband and I lost Money AND time! After emailing the team and looking for a convenient time for them to come to our house, we were told that they would come to our house on the following Wednesday between 1pm-3pm. As we were having lunch and i was feeding my 6 month old, we received a knock on the door from La Pietra at 12:15pm.
No call was made, and they were early. We had to stop what we were doing and make the workplace clear for the job. We will NOT be referring this company to anybody in the future.
