Bob and his team couldn't be nicer and more helpful! I had the glass in a couple of windows replaced, which BTW is SO much cheaper than replacing the windows! Bob patiently talked me through how to easily put my windows back in when I told him I was nervous to do so. I paid my bill and was extremely happy with how great my windows came out! A week or so later, I received a check from them for $18 with a note explaining that they made a mistake adding up my total.

I NEVER would have noticed this error but they did, and wanted to make it right. That is amazing customer service and makes me happy to do business with such an honest company that also does great work!

They are very nice to talk to, but they never follow up. I waited for a quote for more than 10 days, followed up with messages. Nada. Then when I called again, I was promised a call back shortly after. I am still waiting. Utterly unprofessional.
