A burial vault is a lined and sealed outer receptacle that houses the casket. It protects the casket from the weight of the earth and heavy maintenance equipment that will pass over the grave. It also helps resist water and preserves the beauty of the cemetery or memorial park by preventing the ground from settling.
Each Urn is customizable. With cremation, you have the option of keeping all or a portion of the cremated remains. Families may select a unique full size urn to hold all the cremated remains; or choose to create lasting, treasured memories with the selection of personal mementos or uniquely designed jewelry which hold a portion of the cremated remains.
Create everlasting beauty and increase revenue by adding a mausoleum, niche feature or prefabricated niche module designed specifically for your cemetery. Spanning four generations, Wilbert Precast has been providing unparalleled service to cemeteries in the Pacific Northwest. Meeting present needs and setting future goals are of the utmost importance in cemetery management.
We specialize in creating beautiful and affordable memorials of your loved ones, professionally installed by craftsmen who care. Wilbert did a fantastic job with our retaining wall project on Deer Lake. They were great to work with, cleaned up everyday during the construction and came in everyday on time. Best of all the project came in a little under the bid.

Poor customer service, they gave us a cracked tank that wasn't discovered for about 2 months when our ground sank and our low float alarm kept going off. Our contractor had to come and dig up our new lawn and shrubs and replace our tank. Wilbert Precast accepted their tank faulty after they evaluated it. However they didn't reimburse our contractor or us and not even an apology for their faulty product. I would give zero stars if their site allowed.

I called to place an order on Monday and had to leave a message with sales. Sent my driver the following day from Coeur d'Alene. He was loaded with a mixed batch of blocks and didn't notice two were the wrong face finish. When I called to voice my concern I was told my driver should have verified the blocks and they would not deliver the correct ones.

So I should make a 3 hour round trip to return the incorrect blocks. I miss the days when I did business with Panhandle Concrete. Wilbert bought them out and immediately closed the location. No accountability with these guys and they are very unorganized. Also don't ever leave a deposit check for rigging gear and expect them not to cash it right away. A surprise $1200 charge will hit you and then you'll have to wait for them to cut a refund check. Next time I will try CDA Redimix blocks. I'm not mad I'm just disappointed.

Set my aunts 5,000 dollar headstone and it has proceeded to tilt, it lost all of the dirt under the slab so you can tell no prep work was done. They want 200.00 to reset it. Buyer beware. Wont be long and it will fall over and break, it's too heavy to repair and set on my own. I hope my aunt is haunting them!
