My company Quik-Therm Insulation Solutions purchased an 8600 hot wire cutter late last year (2021). It has 21 wires. The machine is simple to operate and has exceeded our expectations. Chris and John have provided excellent after sales support. We plan to purchase another 8600 in 2023 or 24.
