Very pleased! All-Star Glass setup my appt at 1pm. When I arrived at ~12:50pm, the front office manager Gina greeted me. She asked me if I was dropping off or staying, and when I said I was staying she offered me a quiet office space in the back so I could work while they did the windshield and camera calibration on my 2021 Honda Accord EX-L. Work began promptly at 1pm.

As I settled into my office space, I hear a male voice indicate that he thinks the work order is wrong. I snuck up to the front and learned that before starting work, the shop foreman Jacob believed that the work-order listed the incorrect Honda OEM glass part number. I said: "Hi". They assured me that they had both OEM glass part numbers in-house, but I was pleased that he caught a serious error that would have resulted in time and money wasted.

I thanked him, and as a double check, Gina called Honda to verify. Once she verified the correct part number - and that the work order was indeed wrong - they again commenced work. The total job was completed in 1 1/2 hours, or about 1/2 hour better than quoted. When he was done Jacob came and got me, we did the necessary paperwork, and then he walked me outside to go over the vehicle and make sure I was pleased. Indeed, it was perfect! Well done All-Star, and well done Gina and Jacob for your attention to detail and excellent customer service.

I would like to Thank Allstar Glass for their stellar professionalism and their expertise in their craftmanship. I recently experienced a crack in my 2020 Subaru Forrester windshield from a small rock while traveling. I was referred to work with Allstar Glass from my Insurance Agent and I am so happy she did! Places like this should be saved in your contacts, favorites, bookmark list, speed dial, or Rolodex. Especially if you frequently get those annoying unavoidable rock chips or cracks on your windshield. This time, I had two long cracks across my windshield and a deep chip, which is unrepairable. My windshield had to be replaced. Thanks to my insurance, All-Star was reintroduced to me.

Staff here is friendly, informative, and honest. They make the windshield-replacing process easy and stress-free. I did have to come back for a second visit. During my original appointment, they noticed that the windshield they ordered had a small scratch on it. So they gave me an option to take the scratched windshield (since I was already there) OR return for a new windshield, which was also a genuine Mopar brand for the SUV.

Of course I took the latter option and made another appointment. For my inconvenience, they shaved off some of the deductible cost. Jacob was very helpful and professional. He explained the replacement process with recalibrating the advance drivers assistance system (ADAS). The entire job was faster than expected. The new windshield and installation was impeccable. And so far, still clean with no cracks. **knocks on wood

I called All Star Glass last minute after a rock hit my window and a small crack quickly grew into a huge one across my window. I called them and Lupe was very helpful. She got me a quote quickly and was available to repair the very next day. They even had availability to come to me if needed. The next day I brought in my car, they quickly repaired it and I was off to enjoy the rest of my day. Window honestly looks better than my last one. So thankful for Lupe and the whole team at All Star Glass, they made this process so easy for me!

I called to get a quote and scheduled an appointment for their mobile service. My appointment date came no one showed up so I called they gave me some excuse me being understanding I decided to reschedule for a different date it is the date of my appointment appointment and no one has showed up again! If you want to waste your time use this company. I do not recommend.

It's a good thing I work from home. Did not show up between scheduled times and did not call me. I called them and they had me wait 15-20 minutes to get a call back, just to get excuses made. The new appointment was going to be another week from now. Nope not happening sorry.

When punks destroyed my driver's side window, you wouldn't expect to get robbed again on your replacement windows. Fortunately for me, this was bot the case with All Star Glass. After contacting several other companies. (Talk about getting bent over) I was treated like a real person with real worries and concerns. The technician came out to the house and did everything possible to make sure that everything worked perfectly!

I would give this company a zero if I could. My husband called to get a quote, got the quote. Someone else called and he again got a quote and made an appointment.that should have been our first clue. Right Hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. A week or so later got another called confirming the glass. Well today my husband took my car to set appointment.

First they said it was on Monday then said he didn't have one. This was weeks ago. I have been driving around with a cracked windshield all this time.cracking more everyday. This company was so unprofessional. Didn't want to do anything to help him only make him feels like he was wrong. I know customer service is not what it use to be but turning away a cash customer is beyond me. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE SERVICE JUST HORRIBLE

Contacted Lupe who is the office manager to replace my cracked windshield with a very specific glass that required calibration. She scheduled an appointment and worked with my insurance company to process my claim without issues. Installation went very well and was completed 15 mins early. Highly recommend All Star Glass for "any" auto glass needs.

These guys are great. They were at my house three hours after my FIRST call. They replaced the windshield in my truck AND the back window (with defogger grid in glass) of my small Mazda in under ninety minutes. In short, they are: friendly, quick, and competent. Robert Frost is a nice, family oriented park. There are several playgrounds for different sized kids. There is a ball park, basketball court and some benches. There is a covered area for picnics or parties. There is also a separate are for the swings away from the play ground. There are plenty of big trees and a large grassy area. There is a parking lot and there is also parking on the street. This park is located right in the middle of a pretty nice neighborhood.

I called to schedule an appointment to replace my front windshielf. The call got routed to a call center. This is an indicator that All Star Glass is a super busy business. I was surprised when the operator who helped me said that: "All our technicians did have their background checked". I am still not sure what that statement really implies. The day came when I got a call from the technician saying that he will be at my home in 15 minutes to do the installation.

The guy spoke little English. We had a hard time communicating with each other. But he did the job and I got my windshield replaced. For the next time, I will probably stick with a mom-and-pop, small time, local business.

This place is great and has amazing customer service -- I would definitely recommend! I had to get my windshield completely replaced after a rock hit it and shattered part of it. They called within the day and scheduled an appointment. They were very proactive, even with COVID-19. Once I got there, the repair was done in less than two hours. I even lost an earphone at one point, and the two women working there went out of their way to help me find it.

First All Star Glass installed an after market windshield when an OEM windshield had been approved. After much to and fro they admitted their mistake and took out the aftermarket windhshield and replaced with an OEM. Two Problems - 1. Installer put a deep scratch into the roof of the car. To his credit he alerted me to this issue. More to and fro with All Star Glass re settlement and repair. 2. Faulty installation of the OEM glass and IT CRACKED.

All Star denied the installation was faulty but State Farm adjuster agreed. So now still driving with a cracked windshield and will use anyone else to install the new OEM windshield. Dealing with All Star on all of the above was time consuming and painful. Oh yes, they missed scheduled appointments and failed to return calls several times. Wish I had read the reviews - Mike

Day 1: Scheduled to have All Star glass replace a windshield through my insurance. Was informed I would receive a call from All Star within an hour or two for scheduling. No call. Day 2: Called All Star and they claimed not to have received any information. Called back to my insurance, they got All Star on a three way call. All Star agent said I would receive a callback in an hour to schedule. "You can't schedule me now?

They told me that before, but never called." Was told they would call me for sure. No call. Day 3: Called All Star glass and they claimed again not to have any information on my claim. Called my insurance and got All Star on a three way call for a second time. Insurance stayed on the line this time and All Star scheduled an appointment for a window of 1-5pm.

Day of the appointment, called All Star at 3:30pm to verify. Receptionist said I was scheduled and to expect the tech shortly. 5:15pm. NO SHOW, NO CALL and their office was closed at 5pm when I tried to call. Got a call center who had no clue. They never did call me back, even the next day to apologize or explain. I called them for the last time. to say I'd never be using their business and wish I had read the Yelp reviews beforehand. A bunch of fake 5 star reviews from fake accounts with few posts. Plus a ton of legit 1 Star (zero if it was possible) reviews.

I provided all the details needed including vin number and even took my car on site and they still ordered the wrong glass. Waited almost a week for my appointment and stayed home to meet the repair guy. Wish I read the other reviews first before going here.

First of all it took over three weeks get them to fix my window. Secondary, the day of the appointment they cancel at last minute. Third they call me on the day of the third appointment and they told me it was overcast and that I had to wait until past 3pm. Fourth they didn't show up until about 7pm. Fifth the guy who did my window atm machine was not working.

I was told they would contact me. After several attempts to pay I got a call saying that I had to pay my deductible or else it was going to get sent to collections. I called left my card information on a Friday. They had told me they would charge it on Monday. Wenesday they call again asking for payment very rude. Later Laura finds out I called and left card information.

She apologize and made the charge. Later, I find out I was charge not only deductible but also labor and parts! Over $300 I was contacted and once again. They had made a mistake and I would get refunded in the next days. I was refunded but I still paid the deductible. They also asked about my car tags number or Vin in which they were supposed to do this since the guy came over and replace the window.

Very unprofessional, rude, not promising, I will never ever contact them for any other services. Never did I receive a receipt or confirm besides my bank statement. Now I'm worried the window might be an used or cheap replacement. I don't recommend them at all. I had a really bad service that I paid for. Never did they offer a compensation or a discount due to all their errors. They don't know how to manage this business. Hope manager can contact me.

Frustrated 4/18 - Called with a claim number to have broken glass repaired on my Model 3. I was told they would get the parts from Tesla, and call to schedule an appointment when the parts arrived. 4/26 - I called for an update, as I had not heard anything in over a week. I was told the parts arrived that morning and they intended to call me to schedule an appointment later that day.

I was told the first available appointment was 5/1, which I accepted. 4/30 - Received a VM indicating the parts had not yet arrived so my May 1 appointment would be cancelled 5/1 - I called to inquire how I was told the parts arrived on the 26th, but then was updated on the 30th that they had not indeed arrived. I was told my appointment had been rescheduled for Sunday, 5/5.

I mentioned I had not been notified of the new appointment time, nor had I accepted it. I was then told the manager would arrive at 2, and would receive a call at that time with an update. I was told they would recommend to the manager that $50 of my deductible should be waived. 5/3 - Received a call from Laura, who I believe is the manager. She indicated she could get me in on Monday, 5/6, which I accepted. 5/6 - Glass was repaired, as expected, but when I got home, I noticed a lot of broken glass still in the car - under the mats, in the childrens' car seats, in the door pockets, etc. Will edit with additional info as this develops.

Probably the worst experience I've had in 20 years. The rear window was broken on my 2018 Nissan Leaf and All Star Glass was one of the companies that my insurance recommended to get it fixed. Originally, they said they would get the glass in 1-2 days and that I should come in the next day, but never actually give me an appointment. Other shops that I contacted through my insurance said they could have the glass installed by Tuesday or Wednesday, or about 6 days after the window was broken.

I show up the next morning (Friday) and they act like they have no idea why I am there and that they are waiting for the glass to be delivered from the dealer because it is special order. They tell me they'll call me when they have more information about the glass. I understand, but then why did you infer that I should come in to have the glass replaced that day?!

Super annoying and weird, but I'm a patient guy, and maybe there was some miscommunication, so I thank them for putting crash wrap over my window to keep the rain out and go on my way, expecting that I won't hear until Monday or Tuesday at the latest with an installation of Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thurs at the latest. Monday -- no call, so I call the 1-800 number and they say the local shop will call me back. Nope. Tuesday -- no call Wednesday -- no call, so I call the 1-800 number again.

They say the local shop will call me back. They DO call me back, just to say that the glass is on order from the dealer and they'll call me when they have more information - the same thing they already told me. I express a small amount of frustration, and the rep there just says (in a nice voice), "Yeah, I know. It's on order. Sorry." Thursday -- no call. Friday -- no call.

I call the 1-800 number to tell them how much they suck and that I want to cancel the order. They say "ok!" and that's that. Bottom line -- don't go here. They'll waste your time. Communicating with them is like talking to a meat robot.

All star glass did an outstanding job on my 2008 Mustang GT. Lupe at the counter was very customer friendly as was the installer Alex. Alex went out of his way to explain and ensure the windshield was done correct. Great customer service. the winshield was done in a little over an hour.

My insurance company setup the appointment, which was very easy as they came to my office to do the work the same day. The glass work was great and they followed up with a minor correction very quickly and absolutely handled everything perfectly post-installation. Thanks Alex for taking care of my new truck.

They replaced my windshield in my 1975 Datsun 280z within two days of asking for a quote online. No other shop had anyone who could do the job out of 5 shops I contacted including Safelite Glass. The installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Avoid this company. I had my back moonroof glass broken at a softball game. My dealership's services department recommended All Star to replace the broken glass. I followed their recommendation and hired them. They replaced the back moonroof for about $1500, but failed to sufficiently vacumm the broken pieces of glass in the tracks that are used to open the front of the moonroof.

I did not know this until I opened my moonroof a few weeks later and heard a crunching noise. Then, I could not close the moonroof - the mechanism broke because of debris left by the All Star technician when he replace the back broken glass. I went to their shop in Santa Clara. They offered no relief for my problem and refused to assume any responsibility for causing a bigger problem that what I originally had.

They simply blamed it on the leftover pieces of glass.the pieces their own technician failed to vacuum. At no point was I warned by the technician to not open the moonroof because it could break, and frankly speaking, I would have never expected for it to break if the All Star technician would have done the job right. So now, replacing the mechanism for the moonroof to open and close will be around $5500.

Imagine my surprise and anger. I have escalated the problem to the owner of All Star Glass - a guy called Mark - and no response. I expect the same disappointing and poor response (i.e. not our doing, not our problem). What a joke! They are not professional, competent, or accountable for their mistakes. They are probably the worse I have encountered in years.

Their incompetence is now going to cost me a lot of money.money I don't have, so come the raining season I will have a leaking moonroof. I have absolutely no confidence in this being resolved in my favor. It's beyond irresponsible. It is unconscionable.

If there's an option for zero star this company would most definitely get it We took day off to fit in their super non-flexible schedule( they only have two long time slot 8-12, 1-5 for you to choose from ) and pretty much keep you stuck at home waiting either all morning or all afternoon But that's not the only disadvantage they have, they called in canceling the appointment that very morning and leave us no choice but to reschedule If it wasn't because of our insurance company we would have stayed far away from this company already

What a shameless bunch of idiots, they don't even apologize for being unprofessionally late and not even having the courtesy of informing when they are not able to make an appointment, even after the appointment time. I wonder WHY they would be Mercury's preferred auto-glass partners (must be a cousin of the decision maker) otherwise with what I saw, they should be OUT of business NOW. NEVER NEVER NEVER Recommend!
