Well, I wish I could agree with the previous sentiments posted here, but my experience was an utter nightmare. We purchased a fireclay farmhouse sink from them, and when we discovered a superficial scratch after the holidays, we immediately contacted Fine Faucets about a warranty. I won't go into all the drama (and there was drama), but here's my cliff notes version: FF said it was a manufacturers defect and they would have it replaced, then said the manufacturer would not replace until they tried to remedy the problem themselves, then spent 5 months having various FF employees come to our house to do "experiments" to the sink to make it better (made it worse), tried to follow up with FF every few weeks when we couldn't get a status and found out the FF employees helping us kept quitting or being fired, then finally they decided to order a new sink and said they'd pay to have the new sink installed, then turned around and said that we got the sink for dirt cheap so they were not going to pay to have it reinstalled because they had to purchase the sink and spend their own money to do it, then when new sink arrives it's gouged down the front and FF says there is no replacement once you open the box. Don't go to this place.

They made us wait 6 months to fix a no-brainer situation. What FF should have done was replaced the sink immediately when they new it was a defect, instead of having us wait a half of a year to get resolution. In all of this we had to pull out the old sink and reinstall the new sink ourselves, and it's delayed our kitchen remodel by six months while we wait for the new sink to be installed so cabinetry can be finished. You're not so fine, Fine Faucets. Shame on you for bad customer service.

Fine Faucets has been great. We're doing a bathroom remodel project and purchased all our fixtures online after being disappointed with the selection of bronze fixtures at Home Depot and Lowes. When it came time to get the valves, our plumber picked them up at Fine Faucets, right in our neighborhood. Their prices are not bad at all. I needed a drain later in the project and found it there for $10 less than I could find it on eBay or anywhere else online.

There showroom has walls of faucets to check out. They also carry a large selection of knobs, tubs, etc. No more Home Depot and Lowe's for my faucet needs in the future!
