This small business employs an individual answering the phones who is extremely rude. If you are looking for the fasteners they provide, if there is any other source for such I would recommend that you look elsewhere since life is too short to deal with such people. It takes a lot to get me to write a negative review but this business has earned it. Ironic since their website says " We look forward to working with you soon."
