The three things I look for when buying a service product is quality product, reasonable price, and great service. I got way more when I chose King Fence. They arrived on time and finished in a day. After finishing up we walked around checking to see if I was pleased. The owner even called us 10 days later to see if I was happy or needed anything fixed. That's what you get when you chose King Fence, people who care about there customers. All around a 5 star business!

King Fence on Friday installed our new pool enclosure. It came out above expectations and was extremely affordable as we had received 4 quotes from other companies and they were the least expensive. I just moved to Greenwich CT and needed to make a few changes to my yard, I have a 2 year old so I wanted to make sure my property was safe for her to play outside. I can be skeptical of people coming to my home but the staff was so professional and respectful that it put any worries completely out of my mind! First thing - UH-MAZING! From start to finish! We needed a tall fence up, quick, in our Fairfield CT home due to in a very difficult neighbor situation that would require utmost care to not upset or trespass. As a garden designer, living in a historic district, aesthetics and quality are also important - we want it done once and done right. We called at least a half dozen fence companies, but only King was able to meet our budget and timeline.

We were concerned with the bad reviews but gave it a shot, and we are so glad we did! From the first appointment right through the finish the team was courteous, professional and they installed a beautiful, well-constructed fence. Just a note - they installed a fence in half a day that took the prior fence company a day and a half! Thank you Frank, Hector and all the team at King!

Amazing experience with team king fence. Perfection from the design/sales team to the install team. Fence installation on our new build was one of the last pieces of the puzzle and king fence knocked it out of the park. We have worked with king fence on all of our projects and will continue.

Great service! They took away our existing wood fence and installed a vinyl fence. They actually came back to remove a section so I could have some landscaping done. King Fence staff and management could not have been more professional and accommodating. I had a specific design to code and a specific material request. I was walked through the entire process, offered many suggestions, and was provided a very competitive price. Workers were professional and punctual. The owner of the company (Frank) followed up with a post installation phone call and also made it a point to visit the site to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I have and will continue to highly recommend anyone in need of their services.

King Fence did a fantastic job on a replacement railing for us. They replaced an old beat up wood railing with a maintenance-free vinyl railing. We could not be happier with the work performed, clear pricing and communication from start to finish. Frank walked us through various options in detail and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions.

They rose my price by 2000 after I had a delay that I could not control. I was in a spot and had to do it. I would not recommend them because of this. I would not have minded if it was 500 more for materials being increased at this time frame but they obviously jacked me for greed.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They came out to measure to provide a quote in November and were supposed to give a quote within 2-3 days. I have now called 4+ times with no one returning phone calls. If this is the type of service that they give for a quote I would be very concerned on their quality of work and if you ever run into a problem with them.

I was referred by my contractor to call this company to repair the fence from the recent storm damage. I have to wait three weeks for an apt time to give me an estimate the day before the apt I received 2 text messages and and 2 phone calls to make sure i was home for the apt, the apt was at 1pm, at 3:30 I called since no one arrived and was told they can not find their estimator and would call me right back. I had to call this morning to find out what happened and was then told they do not repair fences. I would never recommend this company or call them again.

Had an old fence we wanted replaced that provided a barrier on top of a wall. We waited 3 months for the fence to come in but when they showed up to install it they said the truck was packed with the wrong parts and they would return the next day. Before they left, they took our old fence down, put up the poles and never installed the fence. They also never returned the next day. We called and they said they would come another day but also didn't show. Very unreliable.

We cannot believe the type of business this place runs! They send estimates w/o even looking at the job (just based on a conversation)and then tell you w/o paying UP FRONT IN FULL they won't even pencil you in for a "date of service"! Then they tell you payment is just an estimate and it could be much higher depending on supplies & labor! We have never, ever heard of such a thing!

Talk about putting the cart before the horse. Who in their right mind would pay up front in full w/o even NOTHING being done. NOT EVEN AN IN PERSON CONSULTATION! We do not recommend anyone use them! Terrible business they're running! Yelp had me give a rating (or I could not submit this) - they don't even deserve the one star which means NOT GOOD.wish yelp had a thumbs down button!

From the minute I walked in the office door till the moment the installers left, the experience was pleasant and highly professional. The quality is much better than those box store discount fences. Beware of egregious pricing with zero transparency due to an "increase in manufacturing costs." Received an outrageous quote of $875 for an additional 3ft gate after having three gates and almost 50ft of fencing installed for a shade under $3k. Good luck getting the estimator on the phone to understand pricing. He's "out of the office" or won't even call back.

The price is the price. Deal with it. One positive is that Receptionists are extremely kind and helpful and unfortunately have to do their job of dealing with customers for the estimator/owner.

I've had two estimate appointments canceled the day of. If they can't get an estimate done I can only imagine what the actual fence would look like. I have 250 feet of fence to replace so it's no small job.

Horrible customer service! Had them install a fence in 2019. First, the guys really cut corners and left an opening on one side of the fence. Luckily I moved a shed that was in front of it and noticed it on time. Contacted the company and was given the run around until someone finally came by. There is no other way to put it and excuse my language; they did a crappy patch up job.

Not what you expect for a close to 5k job. Recently, one of the panels was completely blown away. See the picture. Obviously, was not properly secured. The top panel holding the fence was way too short. When contacted the company; the lady who picked up the first time was nice. Consequently, no one contacted me, so I reached out again. Send several emails and they manager has yet to respond.

The last lady that I spoke with was rude and tried to say that I had to pay to fix it. I warn you to stay away. There are other companies who are more responsive and could do a better job for cheaper. I am a property manager and promised to never use them again.

King Fence. Called in around the end of August and scheduled an estimate for the 1st available date Nov 24th. A guy by the name of Nikki (?) Came by on the schedule date, but never sent an estimate for the work. Followed up on the estimate about 5 times. Nothing. March 9th calling the office and trying to get a hold of someone that can tell me what is the estimate!

Put on hold for 20min. and called again. No one knows what the estimate is. "We got to wait for Nikki to come back at 15:30pm. And the owner or someone will call you." Do you think someone did call me? No! Called again there days later. No one knows what's going one. "Sir, you should probably schedule another estimate" Maybe in the year 2022, someone will call with the estimate, maybe not. Or maybe one should not do business with a place that can't see a customer behind all these fences

Heard not great things but decided to give them a shot. Called for an appointment but they called a week later asking to reschedule for a different Saturday which I agreed to. They were a no show on the day they rescheduled for and I left a voicemail which of course went unanswered. I called the following Monday and they said they never scheduled an appointment for the previous Saturday, they scheduled for a Wednesday (which I told them would not work as I couldn't do during the week).

They told me they no longer did Saturdays, and I said I would go elsewhere. Fast forward to the Wednesday they wanted to show up.it was the day before the big snow storm and they called to cancel. Now even I was confused. The front end staff are beyond incompetent and rude. TL;DR - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Customer service is lacking here. I returned for another order and was treated like an annoyance. Not sure why they would be rude and unhelpful for a repeat customer.

I would highly recommend King Fence for any project you may want or need to do. The work was done at our condominium in Ossining. Last December, they installed a perimeter wood fence of over 165 feet. They did it in inclement weather and it was perfectly installed. The work was so well done when a second project for repairs to vinyl fence that ran behind 6 units with partitions and gates King Fence was contacted to do the job.

They arrived on time, on the day promised and completed the job in one day. They worked quickly and efficiently and the results were solid fence posts and gates that now work and move and lock. The crew was professional, friendly and cleaned everything up. The head of the crew was the person who did the proposal for the project in March and was told about 2 slats that needed to be replaced on the wood fence.

He made sure he was on the crew that was doing the current job, remembered about the wood fence, brought 2 wood slats and replaced them. That is dedication. Thank you King Fence for a job well done.

King Fence has been in the same spot for over 50 years. My father has purchased fencing here for years as well. However here's the deal. They may have the greatest selection of fencing in New York State, a great staff and quality installation, but they do not have people to help fix fences unless they install it. Folks, they are the only Fence Company around town.

One might believe that their company is big enough to have somebody on staff to do these kinds of repairs regardless! King Fence is not some Mom & Pop by any stretch of the imagination. Business is build good will not only by installation but helping out neighborhood people were guardless of the size and scope of the job. If you got a lot of money I highly recommend them.

Amazing people. I would highly recommend. They did an awesome job. They came out really fast and helped me out if a really bad situation when my whole fence collapsed.

The guys who installed are fence were nothing short of remarkable. They showed up 30 min early both days. Worked non-stop, save for a lunch break - courteous, friendly, informative every step of the way. Made no assumptions about working around a couple obstacles - they asked first! One of the first questions was how big was our dog. They asked, because with small dogs it's best to get the bottom close to the ground.

Big dog, not so much, and you can leave a gap that makes it easier to trim the grass. The price was excellent. The estimating process and advice we got were spot on. The work they did was excellent. Every post perfectly dug and cemented. Bottom of the fence follows contour of our property perfectly. There's a lot of landscaping and flower beds in our yard that they had to work through.

You can't even tell they were in the flower beds. Nothing disturbed, nothing broken. Half a dozen neighbors have stopped to compliment the look of the fence. So. I'm reading some of the negative reviews. I don't know. Contractors aren't the easiest to deal with. People should know that going in. And if you try to get work done during the busiest periods, you're going to get delays, etc.

King Fence staff were quick and efficient in putting up my privacy fence in just one day. It did take about 2 months to get to my job. However I also chose a busy time of year (June, grad season, birthdays etc.) Would definitely recommend them but also be prepared to wait for an installation appointment if its during prime season for fencing (Spring-Summer).

I called three times to get a quote and the first time the person on the other end hung up. The second time it just rang and the third time there was a girl who answered, told me to hold on and never came back. I won't be calling them a forth time.

My family had an absolutely amazing experience with King fence. Their honesty and intergrity is 5 star. Their quality of work was as professional as any Manhattan based large contracting group. Our fencing install was a small job compared to their resume of work. We were treated as though our install was the largest ever. Their efficiency, attention to detail, professionalism, time table, eagerness to please, we can go on and on.

We 100% recommend this company for any job your home needs. The owner has contacts in home improvements that were extremely helpful for other projects around our property. They are a class act. We highly recommend KING FENCING.

Let me tell you why this company has a 2 star rating. I called 2 days ago and spoke with "Perla" who said "let me get your address to make sure we cover your part of the Bronx, I'll talk to the boss and call you tomorrow with an appointment time." Perla never called back. I called today and Perla is oblivious about our prior conversation, all the while chewing her food in my ear while I explain I was waiting for a call back.

Not only did she keep screwing up my address even though I repeated it over and over but she goes on to say that they have an opening for Friday the 22nd of June! Really? Today is the 30th of May! How about you give your customers the courtesy they deserve by returning calls when you said you would? You most certainly are not the only game in town. Next!

I had a really good experience with them. They showed up on time for the estimate. Gave me to thorough options. Installation was one day and we'll-done. I'm only knocking one star off bc the materials were delayed two weeks. But I'd definitely recommend.

Horrible experience. My first appointment for an estimate was cancelled because the driver was in a car accident on the way over so we had to reschedule. Not a problem. Totally understand. They rescheduled for the following Thursday at 11:00. They will not schedule after 2pm so I had to arrange to have a family member meet them because I'm at work.

I got a text message reminder for my 11:00 appt. then a voice mail reminder for an 11:00 appt. I confirmed and had everything arranged for them to see my yard. The day of the appointment I check my phone and notice 3 missed calls from King Fence! First call was at 10:24 telling me they are outside the house and the last call 10:38 informing me that nobody is home and if we don't answer the door they will have to leave! Really!

A family member arrived just before 11:00 and King Fence was gone! Lost my business and I will tell family, friends, neighbors, anybody looking for a new fence to avoid this company like he plague! An awful experience with a horrible unprofessional company. Look elsewhere!

After about one month one of the gates broke. I asked them to fix it and they told me that I must have slammed the gate shut and therefore it was't under warranty. They wanted me to pay $375 for a gate that couldn't last a month. I would not recommend using them

I had an appointment booked for two weeks in advance for an estimate on 7/13/16. Two days prior I received a confirmatory phone call for said appointment followed by a text message. The day of said appointment we hired a babysitter in order to do a walk through with the estimator Frank. Our appointment time came and went, no estimator, no call, and or no text message.

The next morning I called the company and they said there was a note saying they attempted to contact me, but did not have the correct phone number. Further, they were booked up and I would have to wait an additional week and a half for another appointment. When I indicated that I received several confirmations on the phone which they claim they did not have the correct number for, the receptionist stated that they must have dialed the number incorrectly.

When asked if I could get an appointment closer in time being that I already had one, it was explained that the estimator was on vacation. Based on my experience with King Fence thus far, I would have to say look elsewhere. A little courtesy goes a long way. Tom Burke

We were trying to enclose our vegetable garden when we were referred to King. Oddly, the recommendation was from a competing company who was unavailable to do our job. Hmmm, I should've waited! Do not use this company! The owner is charming enough to get the sale but his customer service is a Zero. We have a fence but we're not happy with the gaps that we were left with.

I think all the chipmunks in Westchester loved the EZ pass lanes on either side of the swinging gate. When I pointed this out to the owner his response was unsavory. Bottom line is this. if I didn't pay extra for the crew to return and address my problems I was stuck. Next time, I'm waiting for the busy guy
