Pretty good customer service, definitely busy there but I got my material okay and safe.

Horrible customer service! They sent Me the wrong pavers color, I didn't noticed immediately because I was on vacation and when my husband asked they said I ordered that one. Not fair be careful!

Couldn't be more disappointed in the service I received at this store. Won't ever use them again. Staff was rude, failed to call me back when they said they would, and were generally unhelpful.

Excellent service and quality of materials! They helped me with all masonry supplies to build the house of our dreams. Very knowledgable of their products. They have a lot of stock in all types of materials we needed to build our house and whatever needed to be ordered came very quick. Does not gives any customer service what so ever. careless and all he want is pay him the money and have no questions asked.

Yesterday, on May 26th, I had a really bad experience buying supplies at this place. I was looking to buy limestones and the one of the limestones was chipped and missing a piece. I asked nicely for another one that was in better conditions and that's when the problem started. This elderly man started yelling and using explicit language towards me, my workers and even his own employees; this old man has no idea what customer service is.

I am a costumer who frequently buys from them and that will no longer be the case. If it were for me, I wouldn't even give a star but I had to in order to write this review. The way he communicated to me was both in a discriminative and racist manner and I am beyond disappointed with my experience there yesterday!
