They did a wonderful job installing the fence and cleaning up after themselves. They worked with us to select materials And they were easy to work with. Also had 2 sheds that needed to be removed and they made quick work of removal. It's the 3rd time we've used them to install a fence and would definitely use them again.

This is a lovely family owned business that does great work. Fantastic customer service and high quality craftsmanship.

Premium, premium prices for below average quality. I have been waiting a few weeks to have Joe finally come out and hopefully fix things. He has been pretty good about listening to my concerns, but i am waiting to see if theyactually do anything and stand behind the top dollar prices. If it works out then I will be glad to update this review with positive comments

Outstanding Company & Product! Eagle Fence & Supply not only has excellent customer service, but also a quality product. Joe and team were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. They understood exactly what we wanted to do with our fence design and what we needed to do to accomplish it. Their suggestions were helpful, and their patience with our design and date changes were greatly appreciated.

Eagle Fence & Supply did a wonderful installing our fence 5 years ago. In the Fall this year a tree came down and did damage to the fence and fence post. Eagle Fence sent a repair crew which arrived on site, secured the fence post and pieced out the fence. They also inspected the entire fence line and made any repairs they found necessary. All of the damaged fencing was removed.

The crew was friendly, efficient and did an excellent repair job. They definitely took customer service a step further and are a credit to Eagle Fence & Supply. Thank you, Eagle Fence!

Receptionist just plain arrogant. As soon as she sensed there might not be a "big" sale to be had just tried to rush me off of the phone. Called back with questions and again she just rushed me off the phone. After (as she states) "35 years in business" she should know that rudeness translates into lost reputation and revenue. I'm in the early stages of pricing a job out. Who knows, I may have hired them. Certainly not now. bye bye.

My family has worked with Eagle fence for years and they are wonderful! Not only is the fencing great quality, the ladies inside are very kind. By far the best fencing company in NJ!

Worse customer service I just called to get a quote for fencing of my backyard the Woman who answered the phone had me provide her dimensions with I did. Calls me back in 5 minutes and quotes me around $20k, so I asked to please come out to take accurate dimensions and she tells me that they are only willing to schedule an in person review of the property if we were actually willing to approve her 20k phone proposal.

She then mentioned that they been in business for over 35 years and they are not there to waste their time she demand $5k deposit in front and I must wait until August. Very rude lady. Won't recommend this place. It looks like the woman has two other to two people with similar experience as me. Stay away from this place.

We are very pleased with our fence installation experience with Eagle fence. Joe@eagle fence was flexible with availability and responsive vi email. They have a competitive quote and the contractors that installed the fences were professional, courteous, and completed the job on time. We went for decorative aluminum fence that was locally sourced and manufactured. So far everything is holding up well!

Good price. Installation of our board-on-board fence extension came out great. Installers were friendly and professional.

Please stay away from this people I called today asking for materials and the lady on the phone was rude. Won't let me talk, she was on a rush and hung up on me, I can't imagine what would happen if they do a bad job with that customer service.

Attempted to get a quote for fencing of my backyard. Woman who answered was only willing to schedule an in person review of the property if we were actually willing to use them. She gave a rough estimate based on the dimensions we gave and was annoyed when we wouldn't give the names of other fence companies we got quotes for (some of which were lower than what she gave) and hung up on my wife. Poor customer service. Thanks but no thanks

We used eagle fencing for our first home and our wood fence came out great! Used them again for our second home and got the aluminum fencing. We could not be happier with our experience. Nice family owned business. Prompt service. The fences both were up in just a couple days. You get what you pay for. Which is excellent quality work! Thank you eagle fencing!

Offensive - when I called to request information I was told to have my husband call instead since "men are so much better at this type of thing". I don't do business with people who don't respect women. Interestingly, I just read a review further down about the lady on the phone being nasty and arrogant.

Considered several fence companies and got 5 - 6 estimates before choosing Eagle. Their price was competitive and I liked the fact that they were local, family owned and received good reviews from others who hired them before me. Their install crew did a great job. Gave me exactly what I wanted and happily altered the fence line a bit at my request when I changed my mind. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks Eagle!

Was "promised" our dog fencing would be done in a day. It was SUPPOSED to be done Friday June 7th 2019, then it was Saturday June 8th. My wife and I are moving into this new home and the fence was absolutely necessary for our 3 dogs, and "Joe" knew this. So I had to drive 60 miles to be at the house just to say, "Yes. That's the job!" And surprise!

It won't be done until Monday the 10th now because of "bad digging." Whatever. That mishap caused a domino effect with moving out of our old house because of dogs, cleaning, van rental, blah, blah.it screwed MANY THINGS up! "Joe" shouldn't "promise" anything that can't be delivered, especially for a nearly $4000 job. WTF?

In my search for a fence install I came across Eagle Fence and supply. I have been shopping around and got about 10 quotes so far, all of which were about $1500+ less than the quote I received from the woman on the phone. Totally respecting their pricing, I had to decline. We hung up. She called me back to let me know that's for the installation as well not the material and I explained to her I understood.

She went on to shame other companies and was extremely arrogant. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because she did follow up with a phone call. Pro: prompt response Con: expensive and rude

Couldn't have been better. We have used Eagle Fence for years and just had them install a small fence. The experience was great from arranging the project in their office to the guys that installed the fence. The best in the area.

I am not one to write many reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. We have used Eagle fence on more than one occasion & have found them to be exemplary every time. Their office staff & workers are excellent. We have priced out these jobs and found them to be much more reasonable than the most popular fence people in our area. Thank you Eagle for another great job!

I first used Eagle Fence 13 years ago to install my cedar fence. I was pleased with the work, so when it came time to replace a number of sections (shame on me for not sealing/protecting the cedar) I called Eagle first. Ordering the material and scheduling the work was easy. When they looked at the existing fence, they agreed that the old posts were fine (rather than attempting an up-sell).

They also looked at another section of fence and said that it would be fine and did not need to be replaced at this time. (I view this as an indication of trustworthiness) The installation crew did great work. They were clean, fast, pleasant and polite. The lead installer was a bit of a perfectionist (which I love). The new fence looks great. If you need a fence, I recommend Eagle. They will be the first call I make when my older fence sections are in need of replacement.

We've used Eagle Fence about 6 times starting about 40 years ago - first for a pool fence, then for the back yard, then for the front yard, then we changed the back yard to a larger fenced area, then for a dog run and then for new gates. Obviously we trust the friendly, trustworthy and competent folks at Eagle Fence. The Eagle Fence staff is informed and approachable about discussing details of the job you need and we will surely use them for any future fencing needs.

Eagle Fence recently completed a large amount of fencing on our property. They were highly professional from the initial phone call through to completion. Joe Bercaw came out and physically measured all the spaces (unlike another company I had which just eyeballed and guesstimated) and he made suggestions to improve the outcome while keeping costs down.

They were flexible in fitting in with our timing, and then punctual in arriving and completing the job in the time they said they would. We are very happy with the finished product, and were very satisfied with the overall experience. We highly recommend their services

I ordered 1 grade fencing and ended up with Home Depots left over garbage. Bait and Switch. Don't go here. They only care about themselves, not their customers. He was the meanest man I ever met. Run away, Don't walk.

I didn't get past the initial phone call! I called this company to request that someone come out for an estimate. I said wanted a white, solid pvc fence. This was not good enough to get someone out to the house. I was told I should come out to see them and look over the different types of fencing and bring my own measurements. When I asked if they come out to give estimates she said, "Oh yes, we do!" But then she went right back to asking me to come out and look at their fencing because "you don't know what type of fence you want." I gave up and told her I would call someone else.
