I used Country Glass once again (first time was back in 2018) to replace a defective glass in a Harvey casement window. Once again, i was very pleased with the service. Right from their phone rep (Joanne) to the service personnel who came to my place (Mike, Shaun), they were professional and at the same time, very very personable.

Big shoutout to Mike from Country Glass of Hudson. Fixed our bedroom window today. Was on time, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Was also a super guy to talk with. Highly recommended.

Had Carlos and Adam install a shower enclosure in Dec 2020, everything went smoothly and then I had Mike and Adam install mirrors in my gym, again everything went smoothly. Recently my shower door was rubbing and they sent Scott over to make some adjustments, all very professional and a very positive experience. Thank you Tim

Great experience with Country Glass. Had a new exterior door and storm door installed. Carlos did a great job. Very professional and polite. Also very knowledgeable with the items he was installing. Left the work area neat and clean too!

Outstanding customer service in every respect. Starting with initial call for an estimate visit to replace cracked mirrors in our master bathroom. Even though not major project, they were responsive, very professional and reasonably priced. Because of several personal delays on our part for installation including the COVID, we postponed the final results for many months.

Country Glass was patient and scheduled when we were ready. The installation was perfect and safely done, including extra work for caulking areas around the mirrors. So, if need window, mirror or other glass repairs, no reason to consider another company.

I cannot say enough about this company. Service is outstanding, fast and polite. I made a call and had someone the next day. He fixed the issue and ordered a part for another window in 15 minutes. Came back 2 days later with the new part and job complete. Highly recommend this company, they cover a wide area and are so responsive to their customers needs.

Country glass was great to work with from start to finish. Though we were inquiring about the more expensive frameless shower enclosure, Tim very kindly and knowledgeably cautioned us against it, because they always leak. The other shower company we almost went with was assuring us they don't leak, which I believe is untrue. We were grateful for Tim's honesty, and couldn't be happier with the semi-frameless they installed. The price seemed very reasonable. They also came back free of charge to fix an issue unrelated to the work they had done.

Wow! It's a pleasure to work with Country Glass. I first dialed the wrong number, off by 1 digit, and a person called me back letting me know they receive calls for Country Glass quite a lot, and that I had the wrong number. Be careful when dialing! Once I called the right number, everything went better than expected. They answered the phone, sent out an estimator, gave me a quote, scheduled the work, came out earlier than scheduled, did an excellent job on my shower, and were friendly and pleasant to work with the whole time. Definitely recommended.

They just finished installing 3 8 foot jumbo sliders. It was one of the most frustrating things I've ever tried to get done before finding Country Glass. I spent months getting insanely priced quotes and many companies simply didn't get back. Everyone was wonderful to work with and the quality was excellent! I highly recommend Tim and the hang, they'll do a good job and stand by their work.

We had two shower doors installed in 2017 and they still look great. Fast forward to 2020. Country Glass just did our master bedroom shower installation. This was much more complicated with several different kinds of glass tile and granite. Tim and Phil did a fantastic job; the glass is perfect, and they worked quietly and cleanly. In addition to the superb workmanship, the office communication regarding estimates, appointments and billing is always prompt and professional. They've also custom built a storm window and a screen for us (two different windows); again the work was excellent.

I had Country Glass install a new sliding glass door. I purchased a Harvey double pane sliding glass door from Country Glass, they measured the door on time, told me when to expect the door in. When it arrived at their shop they worked around my schedule to install it. Mark, from Country Glass came out on time and did the installation flawlessly. The door fit perfectly and looks great.

I went in to get a custom table top cut. Women was friendly, but you could tell she had Window/glass knowledge but that she was not going to share with you. I did some research both the visit and asked a question She said I could get HD glass if I asked for it. ie she was not going to suggest or offer it. I asked for 3/8 cut glass she said that would have to be ordered.

I have already spent a ton on the base so ordering a custom glass was not a big deal for me, but for her it was. At the end she said she would get back to me for a price quote. After a week of waiting and not hearing from her I went to Wayside Glass in Marlborough. Bill was fantastic knew glass and we discussed options. I got my 3/8 glass in under 5 days.

I normally don't write reviews, but I do read them. I remodeled my bathroom and the final touch was a glass shower slider. I shopped around and stopped by Country Glass in Hudson. They have a beautiful showroom. The staff was very helpful and set up a time for a measurement. Tim was very helpful and personable. The install went very smooth and I cant say enough about the quality of the slider and the professional install. Skip Home Depot and Lowes, spend the extra few bucks with something thats going to last and have it installed right.

The installer recommened eduroshield for water spots and its amazing. I have hard water and my last shower door was impossible to get clean. Its been 2 months and it looks like I've never used the shower. Great quality and customer service!

Country Glass recently replaced our sliding patio door and added a storm door to our front entryway. The entire process, from our first visit to their showroom until the job was finished, was great. The owner, Tim, took his time in showing us our many, many options and helping us to select the products that we are now very happy with. Prior to making our final selections, Tim visited our home to ensure that the measurements I provided were correct.

In addition, he removed both the interior and exterior casing around the existing slider in order to check for rot. I appreciated his making a thorough inspection in advance as it eliminated the worry of potential "surprises" come install time. After completing his inspection, he rehung the casing and cleaned up what little mess he had made. While here he also fixed the catch on a door that was not closing properly.

He did all of these things *prior* to our actually making a purchase! (In contrast, when a rep from another company we were considering visited our home he didn't even bother to take measurements.) The install went great. They showed up when they said they would, and they finished the job within their estimated time frame. Both installers were courteous, friendly, and professional.

They did an excellent job cleaning up. The finish work around the slider is superb. I expected there would be some minor damage to the surrounding wall and floor, but this is not the case. Regarding costs, Country Glass was less expensive, in both materials and labor, than the other company I considered. I couldn't be happier with the process nor results. I would definitely recommend using Country Glass.

Country Glass is by far the best glass /window company we have found in the past 20 years. Disappointed in a local company we had used several times in the past, I found Country Glass on Yelp and I am SO happy I did! We were anticipating a vert expensive quote for some repair/replacement on our large crank windows and Mark came out to take a look.

He was on time ( a bit early which I LOVE ) and so courteous and professional. I showed him what windows he needed to look at and while I was on the phone he fixed each one! They only required some lubrication and some screws and done! Had we chosen the other company we had previously dealt with we would have been broke. Mark was so helpful and honest - I took his card and will use him again and again, and will gladly recommend him and this company! Wish I had found them years ago! Thanks Mark!

This is the third shower I had done by Tim (owner) and his team. All three glass shower projects came out without an issues and the end product is stunning vs a shower curtain. We went with the starlight glass upgrade, more expensive but worth the added cost in the long run.

We are very pleased with the work Country Glass did for our oddly shaped stall shower. The front roof slant makes the bathroom very misshapen, and we were sort of getting by with a curtain rod and curtain which only covered half the shower. We decided to get a quote from Country Glass, and it came in about $200 less than a nearby competitor. Super friendly staff, followed up quickly, and we got the door installed a month later.

Good turnaround time for a custom piece of glass. Makes our bathroom look a million times better. And they left us a squeegee to prevent stains from Stow's wonderful hard water :

I went to Country glass based on the reviews they had on yelp even though they do not specifically focus on auto glass. I have a rare car and would not trust it with just anyone but felt comfortable going to them based on the reviews they had and my first impression on the phone with them. They took care of everything and I only needed to provide my information and insurance case number.

It took three weeks for the dealership to get my windshield shipped in and country glass kept me up-to-date each week on the shipping status. Once the parts arrived they quickly scheduled a service date which happened to be the day before Thanksgiving, which I greatly appreciated because I needed it that weekend. They ran into a slight issue while replacing the windshield when they found that the dealership had forgotten one part, however they went the extra mile to have someone drive the part over to their shop so they could finish it that day.

They did a fantastic job with the windshield, you cannot tell that the windshield has been replaced after factory installation. They also took care to make sure that they didn't leave any scratches on the paint anywhere around the windshield. The next time I need glass replacement for my auto or home, country glass is the first place I'll call.

Well, I had a little bit of trouble connecting and getting someone to come out (because I live 45 minutes away) for 2 tricky showers but my contractor swore by them so I was persistent. Tim came out and blew me away with his expert knowledge, insights and recommendations. I had 3 other companies come out and every one of those guys made me feel like they really didn't know what they were doing. Tim's recommendations were right on and even figured out a nifty trick to "fix" the issue of lopsided sides in our attic ceiling.

I felt immediately comfortable that Tim knew EXACTLY what he was doing. The install was flawless, we got a fair price and we've had absolutely no problems so far. The shower glass panels are perfect. We had maybe 15-20 subs during our year and a half renovation and Country Glass is in the top 3. Would recommend to anyone.

My initial interactions with them were disappointing. But I have since placed two orders - one for a shower door and another for a storm door. They do an excellent job helping you understand options, and offering design recommendations that enhance your home. The best part - their installation teams. Skilled, professional, and just outright nice. Definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend this company! A second floor bedroom window was damaged in a storm and the glass needed replacing. Repair staff were prompt, extremely courteous and submitted an invoice for the low end estimate I had obtained from them. I would use them again without hesitation.

Got glass tops for my two dining tables, one round and one rectangular. reasonable price, friendly staff. nice quality, dimensions were perfect. they estimated 2 weeks to have it back, but i got them in a week.

Very friendly over the phone. Their installer took the time to explain things to me over the phone in a way that was not condescending or demeaning, and had some spot on advice. He was even better in person when he came in to install the door. Friendly, competent service. Cannot ask for anything more.

Country glass came out to repair my glass shower door when two other 'highly regarded' companies simply refused to consider the repair. Said over the phone, they "didn't want to touch it". Got a hold of Country and sent some photos to Tim and he was able to assess the problem and offer a solution. Tim came out with all the parts needed and was able to properly stabilize my glass door to fix my ongoing problem.

All at a very reasonable price. Shower door now looks and functions beautifully. Don't really know how to express my relief and thanks to Tim and Country Glass other than to say Thank You and let anyone who needs glass work done they can be sure they are in good hands. Highly recommended.

Can't say enough good things about Country Glass. I called them to replace a cracked glass and fix/replace two of the opening/closing mechanisms on my Harvey casement windows. Frank from Country Glass turned up on time, replaced the cracked glass in a jiffy and he then discovered that Harvey had mailed me the wrong replacement handles. Frank spoke with the Harvey rep, sorted out the matter within a few minutes.

Once I got the correct parts, Frank came back again to take care of the handles. And now I have my two windows functioning again! Everyone at CG was a delight to interact with - -Robin (phone support) was very proactive in following up to make sure that they sent out Frank (as I had requested) to complete my job. CG did not charge me twice for the two separate visits but treated the whole job as a single event and billed me for exactly what they said they would. Frank was very efficient and personable. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience to deal with CG.

First and foremost Mike and Nick my installers were great. My problem was that when they came out to assess the work I needed done (3 single pane windows replaced in the old true divided lite sashes and 1 window crank handle for a casement window ordered), there was three feet of snow on ground so the windows would need to be replaced from the inside which made the job more difficult which was reflected in the estimate ($320).

Well needless to say with the weather melting most of the snow around these windows they were able to complete job from the outside with no ladders or obstructions. Job took 50 minutes total. I called to ask if due to the lack of weather constraints something could be done about lowering my final price, which had already been deducted from my account by 8 am even tho I was told that my card would not be charged until after job was done.

I was told that the price is what it is and nothing would be changed. 320 dollars for 50 minutes work and 35 dollars in supplies. Needless to say I'll never use them again and anyone who asks of them will hear this story.

Country Glass took good care in making the repair on my front windshield in a timely, respectful and quality fashion. I'm pleased with the job the team did and I'm glad I chose country glass. Even better, I wasn't able to pick it up the next day so one of the staff members drove the car back to my house. What an amazing company. They know how to treat customers and I will surely be coming back for my glass needs. Very nice showroom also.

I had called a couple other companies and got the run around. I called country glass and they were so professional, punctual, and easy to work with. Robin was who I worked with and she was great. They came to install and were so friendly, polite, and professional. We discussed what I wanted, got a fair price, and hired them to do the work. The installer came and was also polite and professional and did an excellent job.

The shower looks great and I am very happy I went with Country Glass. My bathroom project had so many issues that I almost felt it was not worth my trouble. The only company that was smooth and painless was Country Glass. They are a top notch company to work with through the entire process and every employee seems to nicer than the next.
