But you, like many others, might be wondering how to keep your beautiful investment clean and glistening? Upstairs Downstairs showcases one of the finest selections of tile from around the world. We recently completed a kitchen and three bath remodel. We were most pleased with the end result and thought that the customer attention we received at Upstairs Downstairs Tile was a highlight in the remodel process. We worked closely with our in-house designer and the results are tremendous. She helped us develop our vision and accommodated our schedule and timeline.

Years ago we bought bathroom tile from Upstairs Downstairs. We loved it, plus we were impressed with the quality of the work of Upstairs Downstairs. Recently we needed to pretty much gut and redo an entire bathroom and decided to use Upstairs Downstairs as more or less a general contractor. They handled the demo work, the replacement of walls and subflooring, the plumbing, electrical work, and, of course, the tile installation. They did an excellent job of coordinating all the work and we are thrilled with the final result. We highly recommend them!

We recently embarked on a refresh of our kitchen, keeping the existing countertops and floors, but replacing the counters, backsplash, and appliances. We knew that the project would be complicated, as the space was tight to install the new gas cooktop, wall oven, and downdraft vent. We were so fortunate to find Upstairs Downstairs Tile & Wayne. Not only did Wayne help us select a counter and backsplash tile that look fantastic, he also coordinated the entire job for us, from the carpenter to the electrician, plumber, tile installer, and counter installers.
Everyone was super professional and did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the results! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Upstairs Downstairs to anyone with a kitchen or bathroom project.

I worked with Diane for two bathrooms and she was awesome. She was so patient with me as I was trying to find tile that I really liked, and was very honest about what would and wouldn't work. She also told me immediately that the batch of marble that had come in was not good, and we needed to find an alternative. And through it all, she was so positive and easy to work with. highly recommended!

We have worked with Upstairs Downstairs five times on different projects in four different locations over the past 20+ years. Diane & Wayne are always helpful and patient, and they have a great sense of color and design. They are always great at helping us figure out exactly what it is we want, and that is no easy task! On several occasions, we have run around to look at other tile stores, but in the end, we always end up back at Upstairs Downstairs.

Diane and her husband were so helpful walking us thru all the steps needed to have a great result with our kitchen backsplash. Diane went above and beyond to make sure it would be everything I had in mind to complete our dream kitchen. She was wonderful to do business with and I would recommend her and her husband and their fabulous showroom that has so much to offer, along with their expertise and competence.

I have worked with Upstairs Downstairs for many years on lots of projects. The selection of tile is amazing, every time I go there I feel like a kid in a candy store. Stone, porcelain, glass and every size and shape you can think of. The owners are always a great help sorting through everything to help me find just what I want. I couldn't be happier with their products and service Kit Kelaher Harron, Hill Interiors

Order tile and I was told 6 week delivery. After 6 weeks I called, and I was told a few more weeks. I called after 4 more weeks, and I was told a few more weeks. I called again and I was told 'it's finally in. I went to the warehouse to pickup, and I was told the tile had been sitting there for weeks! Very disappointing experience. Lack of transparency, untrustworthy, and poor customer follow up ( I never received a phone call).

Horrible experience. Spent $10k on a kitchen backsplash and absolutely hate how it came out - it's like we paid this place to trash our kitchen. The owner is completely unhelpful. We went to this place thinking it's a specialty store so they would have experience to tell us what would look good or not in our specific situation. She was zero help and we ended up picking an "intricate" design that looked incredibly busy when it was done for the whole thing.
To make matters worse, the actual tile was darker than the store sample, and we didn't notice it till the whole splash was done and it looked horribly busy and dark. The owner's response? "It's only money, don't get so upset"! They agreed to lighten it by sanding down some tiles. but only 10 of the 100s of tiny tiles (whoo hoo!). I recently heard from a neighbor that they too had a bad experience with this place and luckily avoided actually spending $. I would steer clear of this place.
