Staff very helpful, the laid floor is out of this world. The flooring we picked 25mm solid oak was full of character, knots which was just what we wanted. To enable us to use the clearer knot free planks if we so desired, they over delivered and the quantity left over enabled us to make skirting boards and architraves all to match, amazing.

We bought a lovely product from this company but their representative recommended a shoddy fitter which meant the floor was not properly laid and it buckled after six months. There have been other problems associated with this fitter's poor work, and despite many emails to the company RFC have not replied satisfactorily, nor even recommended a qualified fitter despite requests.
They admitted the fitter originally recommended was not one on their list. The experience has been deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend the much vaunted fitting or the customer service in this instance. The product should have been brilliant, but in the event has been one I regret buying.

Fantastic service, and very good after care. We had solid wood installed which technically requires a little more planning and thought. The time and samples taken to get the right colours, through to viewing the finished product and making any adjustments were great. Floors are beautiful and a joy to walk on!

What a beautiful herringbone parquet floor I now have from the New & Reclaimed Flooring Company! The finish is superb and has a lovely life to it. I feel we have something special in our home which will be a joy to live with. From initial enquiry to final delivery (outside of the UK) my dealings with the NRFC team was smooth, personal, and on target when it came to budget and delivery date. Thanks folks, great job.

We ordered unfinished oak herringbone and this was delivered in a timely manner even during COVID lockdown period. Salesman was very helpful and checked that we had correct meterage and edge trim. The flooring specialist had the floor done in 2 days, and we chose to have the joints filled and sanded and then varnished. It is stunning! All the builders who have seen it say most people have been using engineered flooring, but how much nicer this looks. So pleased that our architect suggested we used Reclaimed Flooring, it is going to last a long time!

This is a wonderful boutique flooring company with a passion for real wood flooring and excellent customer service. We stumbled across the shop whilst heading to a larger supplier nearby and thank goodness we did. We were about to spend a lot more on a floor that we weren't sure about, until we walked in and just saw a board we both instantly liked for nearly half the price!
Great selection in their showroom, including larger flooring samples, and they answered all our questions. Amazingly we could have taken delivery of the floor a few days later if required, as it was that was too early. Our builder installed the floor with no problems and we're delighted with the look and finish. Highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I needed to have Engineered Wood for a room I was renovating, but I really wanted a reclaimed look and had looked endlessly at other companies and been dissatisfied by what looked like very artificial products. This company provided me with beautiful, authentic, aged French oak, on an engineered base that simply looks like a very old, reclaimed wood floor. They were courteous and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The floor is stunning, and I only wish I needed more rooms decorating so that I could use them again!

Superb experience with the Reclaimed Flooring Company. Really enjoyed visiting the showroom and viewing all the different samples. Staff were excellent and had an in-depth knowledge of their products which helped us pick something that was just right for our house (we settled on the handmade French Oak). No problems with delivery and installation. One very happy customer here! Well done guys.
