Worst experience with snowmobile club tractor repairs. No communication or call back. Got tractor back and new tire they put on went flat and they said it will be when they can get to it on their schedule. Very frustrating they had the tractor for almost 2 months. Never going back!

By far the best car purchase experience that I have had. Local car dealer that cares about the folks that visit their lot. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. There was zero pressure. Negotiations were fair and did not take all day. I left the dealership feeling like we got a good price on our new vehicle and trade in. No pressure after the deal was made to add extended warranties or other add ins. Filled up the vehicle and spent time after the sale walking through the features and getting it set up for us. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I will be coming to Koenecke Ford. Thanks for such a pleasant experience

Super people to work with. Very familiar with their vehicles. Did some research to give us more choices. The vehicle we originally looked at there is the one we bought. They also have a great service department. We definitely recommend them!

My experience was pleasurable. The work was done well and I was pleased with the appearance and performance of my car afterward. The staff seemed friendly, albeit a tiny bit rushed at times (which was perfectly expected). I was surprised that my car was returned to me so quickly. I had expected that a detailing job and oil change might run into the next day, but I received my car back that same day, so there was no inconvenience to speak of. I was given a ride to/from my home, so even my work schedule was unimpaired.
