Professional Woodcare

Pro Woodcare has refinished my cedar deck for many years; usually have it done every other year. The deck is +30 years old and looks like new. It is large [450 square feet] and would be expensive to replace. Spreading the cost to refinish over two years is effective. They check the deck for damage and replaced a couple of boards a couple years ago. I am completely satisfied with the work they do; highly recommend them to deck owners.

Had our log home washed, resealed, caulked, Bee gone insecticide added and restained. They did a very good job, only minor complaint was they left a couple downspouts loose. Called them and adjusted the bill very satisfied. This is the second time using them, would use them again.

Very satisfied with the work that was completed. All staff members were professional and courteous, offered suggestions, worked very hard to complete the project. I highly recommend Pro Woodcare and look forward to using their services again when the need arises again.

Don't walk run away from this company. Where to begin- first they showed up on a day that I told them they couldn't come due to other contractors working on the house. They do not tape or cover anything. They power washed my house and stripped part of my front door (which I had to complain about to get him to fix). They stripped my deck which I told them not to touch. Tim Cross/owner is not upfront about costs and never would provide a breakdown of costs just one overall quote.

The owner cares about one thing and one thing only his profit. Tim Cross even swore at me and told me "he personally enjoys firing a few clients each year."This was after I paid him $16k. He doesn't listen to his customers and he only tells you how much it is costing him to fix the issues. I can say if it wasn't for his crew supervisor Minio (who really does care and does his best) this company would have more complaints. Would recommend finding a different company for your needs. Pro Woodcare did cedar roof cleaning and sealing and repaired missing or damaged shingles. They were exceedingly professional and did an excellent job of making the process painless and provided an excellent clean-up. Service: Roof repair

We had our deck stripped, stained and had some small repairs. High quality, fair price and excellent customer service. I was referred by my neighbor, whose deck stain always seemed to look nicer and last longer than mine. Excellent choice!

This is the second time we've had Pro Wood Care clean/stain our fence, front porch deck & rails. The first time we had to decide on stain. Tom is great to work with, brought us numerous samples to select from. We love what we went with and this year called them back. Jose, Chu & Jason are a great team, personable, easy to work with, updated us on their visits, attentive to detail, answered our questions adequately. Will definitely stay with this company.
