I had seepage at the cove joint (where the foundation meets the wall) in my new-to-me home. Chargar's epoxy waterproofer was way cheaper than digging a trench and installing sumps so I gave it a try. One gallon did about half the perimeter of my large basement, all the weak spots. It goes on like paint and dries like ceramic. No leaks for the last two years. I can't say enough good things about the product: it was easy to apply and effective, and the employee who sold it to me was professional and courteous.
