Aladdin

We have thoroughly enjoyed our deck awning which was purchased and installed by Aladdin some twelve years ago now. Recently, we decided to have our awning canopy material replaced with darker and more vibrant colors. As before, from beginning to end our experience with Aladdin was exceptional. Staff was incredibly helpful in guiding us through our decision-making in finding the right color.

The owner made a personal site visit before the job and explained every step of the install process. He recommended we install the awning assist poles to secure the awning to our deck and eliminate the need to retract our awning during windy days. Love it! The installers were very pleasant, professional and responsive to our questions. Don't look anywhere else. If you go with Aladdin I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Installed a new front door and storm door. Installers were meticulous and very friendly. Excellent work done. Went out of their way to switch out the molding they were installing so that it would match what we currently have. And repaired a hole in the floor under carpeting before installing down We had just repainted our walls and they installed the door without damaging anything. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and quality of work. Definitely will use Aladdin again for other external doors etc.

The installers were very professional. It was a rainy day so they dropped cloth runners in the main entry and hallway; they vacuumed up after each window was installed. All installers were very knowledgeable about the windows and the parts.

We were tired of the view to our lovely backyard being constrained by our old, outdated window. We asked Aladdin if they could help us -- and Presto! Like magic we now have an unimpeded view of our own Oasis in the Overwhelm (that's the name of my company!), our own backyard paradise. Thanks to Aladdin for their efficiency in taking the order (yea, Barbara and Gina), understanding our wishes, measuring things perfectly, and installing the new window seamlessly yesterday. Breakfast this morning was delightful. Thanks!

They were very easy to work with, responding quickly to emails and phone calls. It took awhile for the railings to arrive from the supplier, but as soon as Aladdin had the railings, they came right out and installed them- they look great and are a high quality product. We would definitely work with them again.

Aladdin recently finished the installation of 20+ windows, 2 sliders, and all new siding at my house. Jerry and Barbara were attentive, professional and a pleasure to work with. We just had our third full window replacement with Aladdin. The first two were rental properties and we now have our residence done. We are beyond pleased with the new windows and already notice a difference with sound and heating! Great, friendly crew with excellent attitudes. The whole job was done in two days and exactly according to what was discussed.

The crew even fixed our front railing for us - that's a level of customer service I don't often experience these days! I would not hesitate to recommend Aladdin. There's something to be said for a small, family-owned company that has been in business for 70 years that goes above and beyond for its customers.

Phenomenal work! The aluminum railing was way more attractive than we could have imagined. It is extremely well made and the installation was professional and neat! Great company to work with. Such nice people!

Ordered a retractable awning at the beginning of summer. It's now August 24th. NO AWNING, NO EXPLANATION, yet, they took our payment.

I purchased a fiberglass entry door. They did an excellent job explaining me what kind of doors they sell, the specs, the time to get it installed, the cost. When they came to install it, the process was flawless and they did an excellent job, including honoring my request for an additional security chain. I can feel a huge difference between the old rusty, breezy door and the new one. Thanks!

We have used this company several times. Most recently to install a screen door for our rear entrance. The staff is very knowledgeable. Jerry did the estimate- a quick and efficient meeting! In and out in minutes! When the team came to install the door a few days later, it was done quickly. The guys were friendly and professional. I love that I can keep the back door open during the day.

We had them install windows in our previous home. They did such a great job then, as well! Would highly recommend them for windows, railings, doors, and anything else they do!

Don't even waste your time calling. The man was 45 minutes outside of my window, then when he arrived he was extremely rude and condescending. The entire estimate lasted less then 2 minutes. He was extremely insulting, refused to explain the things I was asking about. He got very angry when I dared question the overly inflated price he quoted me.

He then stormed out of my home insulting me as he left, when I told him that his attitude s*cked and he shouldn't treat people like this he laughed at me, muttered I was ridiculous and made a few lude comments under his breath. I have never been so insulted in my own home. His job is to give people estimates, if he didn't want to come out today then cancel the appointment. I gave up my day to wait for him and have him insult us.
