I hired them to install custom closets in my home. They put up the shelves crooked. After a week or so, the soft close draws stopped closing. I called and spoke to one of their representatives who promised me that he would come over after the holidays to repair everything. I never heard from him again, and the company doesn't respond to my calls or emails.
It has been 5 months since, and no response. I am assuming they are finally out of business, as they should be after this terrible experience. I wish I could put up zero stars, but that doesn't seem to be an option.
