DC Enclosure completed building my 4 Season sunroom in November 2021. Thomas and team did a great job. I added cove lighting as an add on and Chris also did a great job. I would recommend DC Enclosure to my family and friends. I do want to mention when getting a quote you want to check if fire and carbon monoxide detectors are required in bedrooms as this would be additional cost. In Overall the price for sunroom was good when comparing to other vendors.

Our ugly, deteriorating screened porch was enlarged and transformed into the most beautiful sun room. We couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism, from start to finish. the quality of materials and the quality of the work done was top notch. DC Enclosures did exactly what they said they would do and we are extremely satisfied.

DC Enclosures prides themselves on being a family business and will protect family even at the cost of providing excellent customer service. They treated me, a disabled black woman, with much disrespect. They ruined my existing concrete by nailing holes to stabilize their poured concrete foundation for a sunroom and didn't think that they should fix the problem they caused.

Throughout the project, they scrutinized every request I made that actually aligned to the initial contract. For example, they attempted to refuse completely painting the exterior on the sunroom and attempted to add to cost outside of the purview of the contract. Now, they abandoned our contractual agreement regarding county approval and are forcing me to resolve the issue of on my on despite they fact that they failed to include a railing system in the initial contract and failed to inform me that I wouldn't be able to get county approval until AFTER I paid them in full.

They constantly sent emails requesting payment during the whole process even before they even started building the structure, but didn't bother to send emails concerning county handrail requests until months later right before the permit expired, and they have yet to take ANY ownership for anything they did wrong. A simple, we made an error would have gone a long way.

I had planned to build an enclosed pool and garage to my existing home in the near future (1-2 years from now). My neighbors considered enclosing their pools. This company solidified not getting business from me or anyone I know (including my neighbors) in the future.

DC Enclosures "built" a sunroom for me. I was threatened by Tamara that they would sue me if I posted any pictures. They made my life he$/. Although I know posting photos is not a crime and in the United States we are allowed to do that as long as they are not altered, the fact that Cobb County passed them honestly scared me. The contractors that have come out for my recent needs on their shoddy work questioned who the original contractor was, DC enclosures threatened me so bad that I just said a sunroom company not giving specific name.

I am tired of being bullied. I am tired of being scared. Everything I write is 100% true! If they feel they did a great job then they should be glad I am posting their work, not threatening me. Today I almost broke my arm (may have!) Every time it rains, my enclosed sunroom floods. They said that they did superior work even though a engineering company that I hired said that the whole project needs to be torn down and redone. DC enclosures offered me $5,000 to fix over $30,000 in damages.

Then had the audacity of putting a lean on my house because I would not accept and I still owed them $5,000. To this day there are so many issues. Nails popping out of the decks (yes they used nails not screws). One deck is on the verge of collapsing and they fixed it by putting a wedge on it! That wedge now has fallen our because the nails keep separating.

It rains inside of an ENCLOSED sunroom. Caulk drips out everywhere. Windows are not all season. The door is not what was ordered. The list is long. Feel free to contact if you need to see their work prior to deciding on what company to choose.

Despite completing the work during the pandemic, every aspect of the job was executed flawlessly. On time, exceptional craftsmanship, zero issues, and most importantly unparalleled customer service. This is about as straightforward and professional that a company can be.

DC Enclosures gets 5 stars for their hard work, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and fair pricing (we received quotes from three other businesses). From start to finish, the project manager Kurt was amazing, can't say enough about him. Also, Ida in the office was extremely helpful with the sales side of things. We had a builder grade deck that was 20-years old and 12x18, wanted a little bit bigger screened-porch (16x18) that would also be an extension of our home (and another living space). DC Enclosures handled every aspect of the job that you see pictured (besides the gas line for the fireplace, but that was our choice, they could have).

From the deck, to the framing, to the roof, the fireplace, the permitting, etc. If you are looking to add a living space to your home, they are the business to call! Thank you to everyone at DC Enclosures!

I'm surprised this company is still in business. They installed a two-story glass enclosure on our house 20 years ago, and it was a nightmare then. Now I have foggy windows and parts of the metal are bowing out. I called to see if we could work something out, amicably, but Ida never returned my call. We must be flagged in their books under "do not call." Lesson learned, I would avoid this place. They surely don't understand reputation and word of mouth as it relates to standard business practices. See below for a look 20 years into the future.

During construction of our new home, we arranged for DC Enclosures to enclose our 10'x20' covered patio into a 4 Season room, immediately after closing on the home. Plans were made 3 months in advance and everything fell right into place. All materials were delivered on time and the installers were onsite 2 days after closing. The job was completed in 2 days and everything went perfectly.

Every single person affiliated with DC Enclosures was an absolute professional and a pleasure to deal with. The Sunroom is beautiful, totally comfortable with year-round HVAC, and my favorite room to sit and relax. I would never consider another Company for this type of work. They are, by far, the best.

We used DC Enclosures for our screened porch. We are very pleased with the result. The service is reliable and on time. They are on the pricier side but tolerable. There was one beam that bended upon completion. I called and was told to send photos, which I did. I was then told that it should work just fine. I certainly hope so. The gas company they used was not the top notch.

The pipes that were used soon began to rust. The routing was not aesthetically done underneath the deck. But the boys were pleasant and polite during the job. Overall, I would recommend them to others. I may use them again if I need additional work done for our porch.

I had my roof extended and then DC Enclosures installed a manufactured screen porch solution with with "soft windows". The room is beautiful and low maintenance. The team was easy to work with and very clean. I would highly recommend them!

We had a deck enclosed over a new deck. DC Enclosures did the project and it came out great. From the first meeting when they discussed our options to the final install procedure, everything worked perfectly. Excellent communication at every step in the process. The cost fit our budget and found them to very competitively priced with other manufactures and installers of enclosures. I have recommend this company to neighbors living in our subdivision.
