CSI installed granite countertops in my home approx 13 years ago. I've been calling, stopping by store, etc, for over 5 months now trying to get someone to come over and professionally clean /seal as well as buff up worn spots and nothing. I leave 1 star because I have to but also because the women in shop was pleasant and understanding regarding my annoyance. Maybe their good on selling / installing but if you need assistance after purchase, forget it.

Do not waste your time on CSI, unless you have a big job. I just needed a remnent cut for a small kitchen cabinet that I installed in our laundry room. I stopped at the showroom and was directed to their production facility off RT. 17. Went there, picked out the piece and was told the owner, Mike, needed to price, so I was told I would get a call back the next day.
No call the next day, so I called the following day and got Mike on the phone. He said he was busy with another customer, but would call back when he was done. I provided contact information at both the production facility and to Mike, the owner. This was all over 2 weeks ago, and never a call back. Needless to so I was able to find my piece of granite at another company that actually provided customer service and at a reasonable price.
