Your typical ace hardware the employees are knowledgeable and will help you with what you need to find while giving some insight on the project your working on if you need it. Clean place and well staffed.

This place doesn't deserve one star. If they put as much effort into sales and customer service as they went out of their way to ignore me, then they would be successful. When I was approached they were INCREDIBLY RUDE! Unbelievably RUDE! Getting answers to simple questions was like pulling teeth. Most of the time, they were clueless. They were irritated by my mere presence in the store.

They were rude until the moment I left. I need to purchase hardware and interior/exterior doors for 3 homes but after this experience I will be shopping elsewhere. Money is not a factor. I will make certain family, friends and neighbors know how horrible this place is!

These folks went above and beyond to help us find hardware for our home in a hurry. They even stayed late one night to help us. Highly recommend them.

Absolute hack jobs with no customer service skills. Will never use again and would not recommend. From the owner down, you can tell these people do not care about the customer or their workmanship. They delay everything unapologetically, cut things wrong, and pay no attention to detail. Brought complaints to the owner who played the blame game on everyone but themselves.

Always super helpful can find anything and everything that you need for doors and hardware

They seem to have lost there way over the years. Customer service is weak and so forth. I have felt like they've been on life support. Not impressed.
