Critical: Professionalism Worst customer service. Called to schedule on behalf of my boss and was yelled at and told " I will, not deal with this" simply for asking for a appointment. I have never been talked to so poorly when inquiring about a service. Whatever you do do not give you business to someone who hangs up on you for asking for an estimate.

We used this company twice to repair our cool decks. The cost of restorations were fair and both times the jobs were done earlier than expected. We are extremely satisfied with the work done. Both decks look good as new. Chase is very professional and honest. He's the best! We will definitely use Cool Deck Restorations if and when needed in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Talked to the owner who said he would come out next week and "give me an opinion". I wanted an estimate. He only had questions about why I wanted a estimate after getting out quotes. It's called finding the best buy. If this is his attitude now guess what it would be when he came out. I said NO THANK YOU.
