It has been almost a year since Wood Windows replaced my old windows with new Marvin ones. They are amazing.my view has drastically improved (no more fog from broken seals), my house is warmer/cooler and even quieter! Kevin was great to work with and the installers were the best. Filipe and Ben. There was minimal disruption and the replacements are seamless.inside and out. Kevin has come back promptly to fix a screen and to replace two factory-defect windows. I am so glad I hired WW and that I bit the bullet with my old windows. They are worth every penny.thank you, WW!

Critical: Quality We had multiple windows replaced and they leaked, (Wood Windows Inc came and added sealant to the outside of the windows and declared it was good to go, this is not the case) there is damage in the walls and now we contracted a different company to repair the issues. "Let the buyer beware".

We had Wood Windows Inc. replace all the windows in our home at a cost of almost $20,000. After speaking with our sales person he suggested we replace our windows with Anderson A100 series windows. He told us all about the fibrex material and how awesome it was and durable which after some research I had to agree. He then suggested we think about a black exterior frame.
I told him I was not sure about black I was worried about fading and cracking over time. I was assured that the windows warranty would cover it and that they were guaranteed not to do just that. The windows went in and they looked beautiful they immediately reduced our utility bills. The installers were on time and did a good job. We did have one window leak about a month after it was installed but due to the windows location and where the siding fell it was understandable and they came out and repaired it immediately.
Fast forward a little over a year and I was outside getting ready to put a coat of paint onto the trim they put around the windows (you could see the nail heads in the trim something I noticed but was not high on the fix it list). As I was getting ready to paint I noticed cracks in the frames just superficial but definitely cracks. I took pictures and sent them to my sales person he immediately responded and said he would put a ticket in with Andersen to have them come look at them and verify the warranty claim.
Well that is when it all turned south. The gentleman from Andersen is not a nice person in my opinion. He is rude and short with you on the phone. He tends to speak to you like you are child that needs to be scolded. He informs me that based on the pictures he has seen this is a problem with a cleaning agent I have used on my windows to make them look nice or something a painter used to clean the tape off the window after I had them professionally painted (thanks for the compliment but I painted the trim myself) but He was still going to come by and "take a look".
Well the day comes when we are graced by his presence unfortunately I was out of town. Well they proceeded to look at my windows both the gentleman from Andersen and a rep from Wood Windows Inc. This is the part where it gets interesting I have video cameras on my house that record not only video but audio. Still have video/audio if any party is interested in viewing it.
They walk around the house and proceeded to stand in my driveway where the gentleman from Andersen tells the gentleman from Wood Windows Inc this is a know problem and I (homeowner) was screwed they have lab testing showing that cleaning agents caused cracking like this and that is what they would be telling me. He proceeded to tell the gentleman from wood windows he would give me a few days before he called me back so I got the impression he really tried.
Then he would "slow walk" me to the conclusion I had cleaned the windows with an unapproved cleaner and this was my fault and there was nothing I could do about it. I listened to the video in the time I waited for him to call back let's just say he got a little upset with me on the phone about listening into his conversation. He proceeds to yell at me on the phone and tell me it was my fault the window frames cracked.
I told him I had never cleaned the windows the only time they were cleaned was by the professional cleaner that Wood Windows hired to come out and clean them at the end of the install. He said I had no way of proving that and unfortunately he is right. I will never win that argument. However I was never given any cleaning instructions before or after my install.
There were no stickers on the windows that said to visit there website for a list of approved cleaners (only place they are listed and are not easy to find unless you know exactly what to look for). My problem with Wood Windows is that the owner told my sales person this is my fight alone with manufacturer and he was to stay out of it period end of sentence. That is just sad to me. If you purchase windows from Wood Windows Inc do not expect their leadship to have your back.

I had Wood Windows add 3 windows to my recently purchased home and 2 skylights. They also repaired my already existing skylight. Troy Stone was very professional, keeping me updated and checking on the upcoming installation, checking during the installation and afterwards, the follow up. He was great as was the men they sent to do the work. Thanks Troy and Wood Windows!

I am so incredibly happy with the windows and service that I received from Wood Windows! We replaced all the original windows in my 1977 bench home. They aren't even framed yet, and the house is already more efficient and warmer. The planes overhead don't sound as loud and the windows are beautiful inside and out! (the view!) Troy was great to work with and made suggestions for different options, as well as pricing each one out so I could make the final decision. We did install the ourselves, but delivery was right on time. The delivery crew wore their masks and were extremely professional. I highly recommend Wood Windows!

Will definitely go to these guys for windows in the future. They are very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge. I was pointed to a quicker way to get windows by the sells rep because I was on a dead line and they couldn't have my windows to me in time. Don't see this at all anymore. Thanks and you will hear from me in the future when I run across another window job.

From Connell's first consulting visit to the time the installation crew departed, my overall experience with Wood Windows was excellent. Everyone was professional, experienced and friendly. Although windows are a sizable dollar amount, I found the quality of my Milgard windows and the installation by Wood Windows a real value! Service: Window installation

Extremely reasonable pricing. Not cheap, not overpriced, just great value for a solid product installed the right way. Being a contractor myself I can appreciate when a company delivers on their promises and exceeds expectations. They were able to procure all 6 openings sooner than anticipated and then knocked out the install in a couple days. They were helpful through the entire process. Thorough but didn't over do it. Neil Horn was my representative from initial job walk through final payment.
He was helpful, thoughtful, professional, communicative and willing to make an extra effort to ensure the work was done right the first time. My hat is off to Neil and the two installers that also too great care of us.

Wood Windows replaced half the windows in our house with very nice Milgard windows. They took the time to install the new windows correctly, replaced the old exterior trim and re-framed the interior of one window that had rain damage. We will use Wood Windows again if the other windows need replacement. Services: Glass installation, Window repair

We just had 10 windows replaced and loved the entire process. Troy was great to work with and actually apologized when he was about 3 minutes late. He wasn't he said between 8:30 and 9:00 and showed up at 8:33 or so. The price was excellent and the installation was on time and the workers were polite, professional, friendly. The windows are great. We will use Wood Windows again when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible service and professionalism. My parents who are in their 70s, started the process with with Jen, to replace some of there windows in Nampa home. They came out and measured the windows, then showed up to install them and they were 10 inches too big. Then the came back out with the correct size windows, but the etched beveled grid pattern does match. No accountability, no apologies for wasting my parents time. I would not use this company.

I just dropped $10k with these guys and it was absolutely worth it. They just finished installing everything today. The customer service is crazy-good, they gave me a detailed quote that even showed the measurements of all the windows (Home Depot wouldn't even give me an estimate in writing). there were no surprises, what they said they were going to do they did, and shockingly they were cheaper than the other 2 companies I got quotes from. An added bonus, now that they are done installing they are sending a window washing company to clean all the newly install windows. I'm glad that I will only have to have new windows done once while we live here, but if we had to do them again I would hands down go with Wood Windows.
