We bought a piece of equipment from them, with less than 50 hours on the machine and still covered under warranty we keep having problems. RMT has not been helpful getting parts or helpful trying to fix the problem. They told us they couldn't even look at the machine for over a month. so now we have to fix it ourselves and pay for the parts even though it is covered under "warranty". They should prioritize warranty items.

I ordered new blades for my exmark mower last week, needed 3. I was quoted less than $20 per blade. Went to pick them up a week later and was charged $25 per blade. I asked why the change from the quoted price, his answer was "prices rise all the time." To top it off I was charged $12 for freight. I'll be looking for parts elsewhere.

RMT has always gone the extra mile in service. I have purchased new equipment and had old repaired. I took in an old backhoe for repair and service and Chris did an outstanding job. Matt in service has always been extremely helpful and fair with all the equipment we have brought him to service and repair. We have taken everything from aerator's to backhoes to bulldozers. Always fair with price and great service!

RMT is a great outfit, they got us sorted out on a NH tractor. Reasonably priced. Drew was super informative and personable (something I find lacking in this industry). he pulled some strings to get us all lined up quickly and even helped us load up and strap down the tractor on the trailer in the rain. Great job and will be our first place to look for future purchases and implements. If you're in the market, check these guys out first.

We're a family ranch and have always placed a high value on strong relationships with the places we do business. Of course places are made up of people. We value a solid personal relationship built on mutual trust, friendliness, etc., as well as good reliable timeliness, service, follow-through etc. This is the relationship we have with Drew Morgan and RMT. We value Drew tremendously and we highly recommend him and RMT.

Ben Morgan, at RMT Equipment in Boise, was incredible to work with. He was professional, great follow up and service beyond compare. I purchased my first tractor, a used Ford, from him. He had the knowledgeable guys in service dept. get it tuned up. Then Ben delivered it and gave me some lessons. I ended up with questions later that evening and he came out again. He was very patient and even offered to come back again for further lessons! Now that is service!
