Services
An array of previously approved designs, including Division of State Architects (DSA) custom pre-check (PC) buildings. Additionally, Meehleis can build facilities that do not require DSA approval, including department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) approved structures. MMBI personnel provide comprehensive hands on coordination, and continuous communication from inception through completion.
Meehleis Modular Buildings has been a CHPS high performance school member and United States Green Building Council (USGBC) member for over 10 years and is dedicated to designing and building structures that exceed energy conservation requirements. Our structures often surpass California Title 24 energy requirements, cutting energy cost on average 10-30%.

I worked for a company that transported their buildings to jobsites and interacted with all of their their people from top to bottom and found all of them to be most friendly and professional people you would ever want to be associated with.
