Marble Palace

Marble Palace was the subcontractor for the countertop installation in our kitchen remodel and they were a pleasure to work with from templating to installation. Project manager Mark and his templater (so sorry - misplaced his name) were very informative about what the process would be moving forward, and the installation team of Leo, Ray and Amador was outstanding.

They were punctual, polite and precise, maneuvering heavy quartz slabs and undermounting a large cast iron sink with ease, but also paying close attention to all the small details that take a job from merely adequate to master level. Really a pleasure to have craftsmen like these working in your home. Thanks to all.

Leo & Rey installed our counter tops and back splash yesterday and we are ecstatic. Their attention to detail was amazing, they were polite and the clean up was top notch. Highly recommended!

We drove to Marble Palace in Stockton today from Elk Grove. Marble Palace comes highly recommended by the contractor doing our kitchen renovation. We met with Dillion today to discuss various countertop options. Dillion was very friendly, on time, and gave us a lot of different options to look at and information about each one. We ended up going with a gorgeous quartz countertop and can't wait to see it installed. I'll update pictures once the countertop is in. Thanks Dillion.

From the start Troy from Customer Service helped educate me on product and was beyond patient, knowledgeable and extremely consistent with great communication until the very end. When it was time to template our quartz island, Mark the project manager showed up ready to help customize the particulars. Again, Mark and Hector had tremendous knowledge and focused on our goals without pressure or rushing. Not only did Mark help pin down some of our existing challenges with perfect solutions but went the extra mile big time to see that every aspect of the job was complete to perfection!

The strong and careful installers were amazing and professional. After installing, they took the time to shine the beautiful "Valor White" Quartz surface to complete the job. The Stone was cut perfectly and is a stunning centerpiece! I will be back to do my phase 2 on the bathrooms. Thank you Marble Palace we highly recommend you and your excellent and amazing team!

Rey and Leo just completed a counter install at our new home. Their attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism were above and beyond. They took extra care to redo the plywood due to a poor fit/finish of the countertop. This required them to make a return trip two days later. They were always on time, respectful, easy to speak with, and very tidy. They could run a clinic for service providers on how to interact with customers. I would definitely recommend them. Chad and his team worked closely with Carey Bros. Remodeling, my contractor, to create these gorgeous, detailed granite counter tops. All the surfaces and edges fit the cabinets precisely, and the corners are nicely rounded to flow with the front half rounded edge. They took great care to install and cement each piece. These granite countertops are so satisfying to see, and to work on.

Due to a cabinet part delay, Chad will make a second trip to the East Bay to cement the final piece. I highly recommend Marble Palace for their superb service, expertise and the pride they take in their work. Thank you Marble Palace!

We worked with Marble Palace for our quartz kitchen countertop installation. Mark was super thorough from measurement to completion. Leo and Rey were excellent to work with and took care of every detail. Highly recommend this team and Marble Palace.

Horrible customer service department but great installers. We bought a home built by Woodside in which Marble Palace installed all the bathrooms shower stalls and vanities. They did a great job but during construction there were a couple of places where there were chips and Marble Palace came right out and did great repairs. So we thought since they did a great job, we would ask for a quote to install another shower shelf in both big bathrooms.

We have left messages with customer's service department several times to get a quote for the extra shelves but no return calls. They last time I called, I asked the secretary to put me through to a supervisor but only got voice mail. Now it's been over 3 weeks and still no call back. I am hoping the next company we call will have better office staff and can match our marble shelves. Update Same Day; Maria R called me and apologized for her sales team for not getting back to me.

She promised me that they will make this right and their sales team will get back to me tomorrow. Maria was very polite, courteous and professional which is why I revised my review from one star to 5 stars. Thank you Maria for fixing things and thank you Yelp.

Hugo M. and Sal G. installed my quartz countertops and backslash in my newly remodeled kitchen. It exceeded my expectations. The quality and finishing of the counters and backslash is amazing. Sal and Hugo were professional and courteous.

From our first meeting with Mark to the final installation of our quartz countertops by Leo and Justin, our experience was outstanding. They did a beautiful job and we cannot see the seams at all. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Quick to respond initially, but then never followed up, so we went with another company. We had a small job and really felt they didn't want to work with small jobs. Otherwise, they had great selections.

Mark, Leo and Justin installed our new granite countertops today and they look amazing! The installers were so careful in our home to not scratch the hardwood or cabinets and totally cleaned the floors before they left. I highly recommend them for a professional installation.

Marble Palace did an amazing job. Starting with Sean the PM was friendly and took the time to really go through all the details and gave us DIY demo pointers and the most important a reasonable quote. Believe me I had several from the area. Sean recommended we go to the office take a look at the granite and pick out the style we liked. After that it was scheduling the template.

My wife and I sat down with Mykalla to work out the scheduling and payment details. She took our percentage of payment and they were at the house in a scheduled time frame. That's within a few weeks with our countertops. The installation guys Sal and Hugo were on time with the date and time scheduled. They worked with us to make sure the work area was protected and clean.

After that they setup a work area outside to prep the counters and started the installation. They did not waist time. They got it installed with out a hitch. Final touches leveling sinks, caulking, cut faucet holes and they were done. They made sure to clean up everything. Including vacuuming the areas. All in all definitely would recommend this place.

We just had new quartz countertops installed in our kitchen and couldn't be happier. We worked with Mark on the layout last week. His crew, Chris, Frank and Nelson arrived bright and early this morning and did a superb job with the install. Highly recommend this business for their workmanship and high standards!

Leo and justin installed the granite vanity counters in both my bathrooms and these guys were top notch. Very friendly, very respectful, courteous, and treated my place like it was there own. They didnt make any messes and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. Ask for these guys and you will not be disappointed!

We just had new quartz countertops installed and couldn't be happier! Chris and Frank did a terrific job. Everything looks exactly like I expected. They were good about asking about our preference with things like where to cut holes for our sink faucet & dishwasher component. Really appreciated that they wore masks, which I've found isn't very common with contractors. They left the kitchen looking clean.

Chad was my project manager, Dillon was the front office contact, and Sal (foreman) and Hugo (assistant) were my installers. Amazing company! Far exceeded my expectations. Chad was a great Project Manager, he came by after demolition to ensure plywood was level. He stopped by again during installation to inspect the quality of the installation crew.

After installation, we had a minor issue to address, but Chad immediately coordinated and handled our concern. Dillon was a pleasure to work with over the phone and in person. From the start of this process to the end it has been an amazing journey. We provided our slab of granite from another company. Dillon was always friendly and walked us through the process. Chad came out and did the estimate and was with us until the end. Lalo took the measurements and got everything ready to go. The best of the best came out today and did the install. We couldn't be happier with our quartz transformation from Marble Palace! Chad first helped us at the showroom to choose a great color and pattern. Then Chris and Frank were our heroes who did the installation. They were professional and fun to talk with, explaining features of the quartz and the installation process. They made sure everything was correct, including openings for the appliances.

They even discovered that two of the cabinets were not "square" and would be an issue installing the stove. Chris was able to fix the problem, then grind/polish the quartz to make sure it would fit. Both were a pleasure to have complete the work. Thank you Marble Palace.
