IBP of Atlanta is proud to be a leading installer of spray foam insulation in existing homes, residential new construction homes and commercial projects in the Duluth, Georgia area. We fabricate our own UL Certified standing metal seam roof panels on site which have no exposed fasteners. With our machines, we offer a smooth snap lock panel with nail fin for fastening and a snap lock panel with clip relief for ease of installing clips. Bottom line they wasted 6 weeks of my valuable time, made promises they could not deliver. They are either incompetent or tend to lie to get out of doing a contracted job commitment. "Caveat emptor". IPB Atlanta/Wilson Insulation - Sent a sales representative to bid a gutter and leaf protection for my house. I accepted their bid for $2500 and contacted the office to schedule an installation.

They requested a 50% down payment, which I sent immediately. It took about another week to get on the schedule. The first visit was four workers and two trucks. I was told that they did not have enough of the proper equipment to reach gutters to be replaced in the rear and some of the gutters to replace were incorrectly marked on the work order. It took another week to get an appointment and two workers appeared and they could not reach the areas they needed to replace the gutters and the rain would make it to dangerous to walk on the roof.

Another appointment was made for a week later. The day before the scheduled installation, I received a call from a man claiming to be the manager. He said the installers would not be at my house the next day, his sales representative had bid the job in error and that they could not work on a pine shake roof. He would refund my money. I was pretty mad that his company had taken six weeks to come to this conclusion.

He tried to blame the sales representative, who I knew had been with the company over three years. He accepted some blame, claiming to have been on vacation. This had been going on for six weeks, so I don't believe that either.

Things have really changed over the years with this company. I used them in the 1980's and it was good service. Now, in 2016 the customer service is horrible. You call the office and they want you to call the sales rep. The sale rep never responded after 2 weeks. Then I called again and got the name of a new sales rep. Talked with him and scheduled an appointment. 2 hours after the appointment time, I called him and received a text message back stating sorry but another person could help me.

Finally talked to a sales rep, who did come out to the house. He said he would write an estimate and email it to me. While I've been waiting over a week for the estimate to arrive. Apparently, they don't want my money. I was going to have two houses done. But, not with this company. If you can find another contract do it. Wilson will waste your time.
