THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. you gotta be on hold for hours. If you are lucky and get a hold of someone, it will be a nubie with no experience that they dony have a clue of what they doing. They need to hire people with experience, that provides excellent customer service, that are willing to work. Fire all these lazy and rude employees.!

If I had a choice I would not not give A star at all.i had to renew my benefits they didn't even uodate my email as much I updated all my information current they send the reminder to the wrong email. Are food stamps got cut off then I had to call wait 2 hours to speak with someone they dont care if you had covid a crisis lazy la, y I applied again they owe me 2 months of food stamps they still have not received my case I work part time looking for full time work is been hard they need to train get new people who wanna work they expect you get the papers right away but won't do there dugelence there work.up north there top of there stuff.

These people never answer the phones, the longest time ive been on hold has been for two hours and a half, got tired of waiting and hungup. This is ridiculous how they play with peoples time and benefits. Since they work from home, they answer half asleep. Terrible service. They should fire everyone and hire people that are willing to work.

They never answer the phone. We have been trying to fix my girlfriend's incorrect date of birth in the department's system for months. It's causing issues with her medical billing.

I have went to this place in person. I waited 3 hours for them to see me for 10 minutes and say "well your done" and make me leave. That was 1/19/2022. It is now February. Still no reply. Luckily the churches and missions help anyone who needs it because I am not the right "people" to get help from the state! But they sure as hell don't mind taking taxes out of my check to pay for freeloading people who refuse to work. I have a full time job with kids. I just needed help while my hours were picking back up. Good luck with getting any where with this place.

The call center is horrible, doesn't make any sense to not have spoken to anyone after 3 hours.

I knew my benefits will expire last month so I did my application two weeks before the end of October. Submitted everything i knew I need to submit before being notified. Waited for a phone interview left multiple messages to the phone number they say to call for the interview and no call return ever tried calling customer service waited hours never talked to anyone to this day I continue to call and now you can't get through to anyone the system just hangs up. Had to redo my application and have not yet been notified. They have families trying to get by we do our part when it comes to them doing theirs it's a complete FAIL! This system is pathetic. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would I have had to redo my application twice because I need a phone interview I call and leave voicemail everyday multiple times a day and no call back and the one time I got an answer the lady was extremely rude because my baby was asking for milk in the background and she said I needed to leave her alone and go to a quiet place to do the interview (that's the nice way of putting what she said I cried) after the baby was quiet she gave another number because she wasnt in charge of my case supposedly even though that was the number on the paper. So much for helping the people in need
