Stepping into this gorgeous showroom today was totally surprising. Once inside, I was greeted by Debra, who promptly asked what I was interested in. Once I told her LVP with padding, knowledgeable as she was, took me straight to several brands/colors and proceeded to state the details of each. When ready to leave, due to it being close to closing, she handed me a card with further discounted prices.

I told her I would be back first thing in the morning to pay and pick up. What I deemed would be a terrifying experience as I don't know much about this, actually turned out to be painless. Debra is an excellent salesperson, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. A great asset to this company. I am very pleased with the service I received and am excited to return for tomorrow's completion. 5-stars!

Carpet Express exceeded my expectations! Their team member Jim Young, Jr. delivers on their promises with his friendly, always available for his customers, "yes, we can do that" expertise. Although wary of ordering a custom rug online; I took a chance based on their other great reviews and placed my order. I am so glad I did. Carpet Express prices are half of what high end Florida rug stores are asking for the very same high quality custom rugs and carpeting. Ordering was easy, processing and production was fast and delivery by Southeastern truck to my door was perfect. Can't say enough good things about Southeastern. I could not be more pleased with Carpet Express. You will be too. Go ahead. Order. You will be happy you did.

Horrible customer service. I tried calling 4 times just to find out if they had the material color I needed. Jimmy sales guy very unprofessional. Not to mention on my last order I did there they took 3 months to deliver 3 pieces reducer.

Carpet Express is an absolute joy to work with. Competent, personable sales staff (my salesperson was Carol Johnson). Prices are more than competitive. Shipping and delivery were fast and seamless. Highly recommended!

Ordered a sample on August 7th, its now August 16th and they still haven't even shipped it. While it was only $2 its still not right to take anyone's money no matter the amount and not provide what you paid for. Glad I ordered a sample and not hundreds of dollars worth of flooring. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else, unless you're okay with giving them free money for no reason that is.

We have had the pleasure of doing business with this company, we have installed flooring for some of their customers, and we have personally used them for our own flooring needs. They have great styles to choose from and really great prices! The only issue is that they are really far from Atlanta!

They telephoned to insure that I made the purchase online. After I confirmed the delivery was quick. I am grateful that they follow upped in speaking to me on such a large purchase. It may not be large to some but it is for me. I will be keeping their name in my files if I decide to purchase more.

I needed two boxes of flooring and live in WI. Rob gave me the best price - significantly less than I found here - and offered to send it FedEx. He was very helpful and friendly. We got the flooring within three days, just what we wanted.

Best prices in Dalton and surrounding area. We had stopped in about five places up in that area and Carpet Express had the most to choose from and it was priced fairly. Our salesman was most eager to help us and very friendly. He also recommended a great installer who also gave us a top notch installation.

I had already picked out my carpet, but the local installers/sellers wanted way too much for the carpet and the work. I found the carpet I wanted at Carpet Express and Alex was great with helping me get it ordered and shipped. A few minor SNAFU's with getting my receipt generated for insurance, but seriously MINOR. The most difficult part of the experience was with the shipping vendor they used, SAIA.

My roll of carpet (approximately 1000 lbs) was all the way in the back of the semi and the driver had no help and no equipment to get it to the entrance. He argued with my contractor and said my contractor was refusing the shipment if they couldn't manage to get it off the truck somehow (I was not present). I called the shipping company and no one returned my call. Fortunately, my contractor got it sorted out and my carpet is BEAUTIFUL. So yay for Carpet Express, not so much for their shipping company.

Carpet Express had the carpet I was looking for at 50% of the price my local carpet store quoted and the shipping was amazingly fast. I would highly recommend them. I worked with Debra who was efficient and pleasant!

Smooth ordering and delivery process! Browsed the CE website until I found a carpet that met my requirements. The CE representative was helpful providing a quote and shipping information, and ordering was straightforward. Carpet was delivered as promised to my house and off-loaded by the installer I had selected. I saved several hundred $ over the best local quote for identical carpet.

The carpet had damage and was refused. When I contacted carbon express it to find out about getting my money back they are giving me all kinds a run around telling me I have to wait for at least up to two weeks

Best prices around for carpet. Not in stock, so had to wait on the run - it was right on time. Good and helpful staff, and especially my contact, Christy, who was terrific every inch of the way.

Love these guys. Ordered flooring to be delivered from GA to TN - Christy was most helpful, very prompt and in constant communication throughout the process. Saved almost $1500 on my flooring project. Ordered on Friday and delivered to TN on Monday!

Tracy Spence at Carpet Express was awesome to work with! I am a very technical and detailed shopper and she kept answering my questions via phone and email, offered suggestions and also arranged to send me carpet samples of several types and colors of nylon carpets. And the prices from Carpet Express were so competitive that no local vendor could beat their price (including freight shipping) and I was able to charge my purchase and get airline miles!

I have previously been in the carpet installation business, so when it came time to put carpet in the home I purchased, I was concerned about finding a company that could provide the quality I expected. I wanted the carpet to be cut with minimal seams, power stretched and done with good craftsmanship overall. Dennis was super helpful in finding a 60-oz plush carpet for my forever home, and provided a great price along with a top quality pad that feels wonderful on stocking feet!

They suggested a way to lay out the carpet with less seams than an estimate from another supplier, and they had the carpet installed before my move in deadline. I initially had reservations about using a Dalton-based company, but Dennis and his crew surpassed my expectations!

Amazing customers service. We wound up going with another company because they could install locally. However this team was very helpful and professional.

Clay was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and an expert in his field. The floor vinyl tile - COREtec plus Alabaster Oak was significantly less expensive than buying locally. The delivery charge from Georgia to Houston, TX was also less expensive than the local quote. I have already recommended Carpet Express to my architect and general contractor. Keep up the good work!

We decided to put carpet in our living room, stairs & a hallway. I had initially gone to another local store but was disappointed with their service despite their high reviews. We worked with Jorge and got everything picked out and set up within an hour. He was wonderful & took the time to show us the difference in pad as well as the different carpet quality (he knows how to up sell!).

He worked hard to keep us within our budget and ultimately we spent more but it was worth it. LaGreta got our install scheduled & managed to get it done a week early which was awesome. The installers were on time and did a good job. We kept the left over carpet which was a bonus too. When we need more flooring we will be back here.

I installed carpet in half of my house 2 years ago. I loved the carpet, but the carpet store I purchased from screwed me out of $2,000 (seriously). So when I was ready to do the other half of the house, I decided to "contract" it all out myself. I hired a good carpet installer, and found Carpet Express online and ordered the same carpet as was in the rest of the house.

I worked with Jim at carpet express. Jim really knew his stuff, spent a lot of time to answer my questions, and answered them all. The carpet arrived exactly on the date it was scheduled for, and after all was said and done I wound up paying about 2/3rds as much (per yard) as I had paid for the other half of the house! Bottom line: great customer service, and great prices. If you can find a reliable installer (or do it yourself) it's definitely the way to go - and Carpet Express is a great option, and one I'd highly recommend!

I just cruised the site to check prices, but got great communication from Tracy and bought from them. Couldn't be happier with the service, the carpet, and the price. I saved half by buying carpet and padding from Carpet Express vs the local "discount warehouse." The shipping wasn't much more than the sales tax I saved. Everything happened as and when promised. (I believe in buying locally, so mentioned the Carpet Express price at my local discount warehouse, and they refused to budge, so my conscience is clear.)
