Since 1983 LoJac has been providing outstanding results and services through its infrastructure project, constructions materials and building products throughout Middle Tennessee and the Southeast. This same level of service and execution has now been brought to the sub-surface utility world.
Implementing the same level of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction LoJac provides hydro-excavation, jetting and CCTV in these same markets for its customers subsurface utility needs.Hydro-Excavation, or hydrovac, is the process of using pressurized water to excavate material.

Minority-owned since its beginning in 1983, LoJac, LLC has seamlessly evolved into a hydro excavation and pipe camera service provider. We provide high quality services to the construction industry throughout the Southeast. Our years of experience in construction allows us to provide our customers with excellent service they can trust.
LoJac LLC has successfully enrolled in the prestigious Gold Shovel Standard acknowledging we meet the highest standards of safe excavation practices around underground facilities. Gold Shovel Standard certification is a rigorous excavation safety program supported equally by both facility owners and contractors, functioning to improve public and workforce safety.
Hydro-Excavation, or hydrovac, is the process of using pressurized water to excavate material. The resulting slurry is then removed using a powerful vacuum system. Hydro-excavation is minimally invasive, fast, and effective. As well as many more. LoJac's trucks are specially equipped to conduct hydro-excavation operations at any temperature, making them perfect for work in freezing conditions.
Subsurface utility engineering (S.U.E.) is a process of mapping utilities, including relocation, design, condition assessment, and communication of utility issues and cost estimates. LoJac uses vacuum excavation techniques to gather information needed for effective S.U.E. We can provide mapping for all quality levels defined by the American Society of Civil Engineers, depending on what exactly is needed for the particular project. This type of work is primarily done at the early design stage of a project or for asset management.
