Josh Jones has bent over backwards on my project and given me expert advise and counciling on both materials and applications. I can not speak highly enough of there friendly staff and competence in a definite time of uncertainty for all the trades. I would highly recommend!

I went there to buy a front door but no one would help me. They were all sitting in their offices which have clear glass so they saw me but no one wanted to help me.

This place is top-notch. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and the prices are typically well below the big box stores for better quality and for products that are usually in better shape. Lots of the stuff at the big box stores has been sifted through and knocked around so getting stuff that isn't nicked up or split can be a challenge. I'm a DIY-er and if you are too, take the time to call them to get what you need. The only downside for me is that they are only open Monday-Friday business hours but they are close so I can run by during lunch.

Just to preface this review - I have been living in the remodel from hell. Have had so many unprofessional contractors & businesses doing work on my house that I thought everyone in Tennessee was just unprofessional. UNTIL, I reached out to Interior Trim & Supply to get some pricing and availability on staircase materials. What a fantastic experience! Dexter Rippy was my sales person and boy, was he a breath of fresh air!

He was very quick to respond to my questions by email. Once we arrived to select and pickup my items, he was extremely helpful, kind, calm (which we really needed at the moment) and professional. It was one of those hectic, continuous bad news days and Dexter was absolutely amazing. Helped us pick out what we needed quickly and loaded us up very quickly as well.

Thinking ahead to what else we might need was super helpful as well. I highly recommend this company and I hope the owner sees this review so he can know what a great asset Dexter is to his company.

It doesn't matter what kind of door or trim I bring them to match, new or 40 years old. If they don't have it in stock they get it order and have it within a reasonable amount of time. I can always count on them. They are my go to people!

Went into business today looking for some trim to complete our remodel. Walked in and looked around for about 10 minutes. No one ever acknowledged that we were there, even after several employees seeing us. We left after receiving no help or acknowledgment we were there.

Fast service from the helpful staff for trim that's challenging to locate in the Chattanooga area. We needed fluted trim for a custom bookcase. In stock. Bundled and ready in minutes to load. Nine years ago, we purchased doors from Interior Trim & Supply to replace all existing doors during a complete remodel of this 1977 house. Great service and quality products then, so that's why we returned for this fluted trim.

We have purchased several items (Molding) for our personal home and have always been pleased! The product was great and the customer service was even better! Highly recommend!
