Critical: Responsiveness Inspector came out, told me 1 thing during the inspection and the HOA another. I've called 3 times in the past month to get the results of my inspection and what was reported back to the HOA and have yet to receive a response. At this point I hired a different and more reliable company to come out.

I purchased an old home, but, as with many older homes, it needed a lot of items fixed. I was most concerned with finding a reputable company to fix the roof, since my 'new' home was in need of a new one. A friend recommended A Shield Construction, as they had a really good experience themselves. Customer service was great. Fees seemed reasonable and people were friendly and professional. Overall, I was very pleased and highly recommend!
