The Place is fantastic with great and friendly service! Rex did a fantastic job of helping us choose the right spa for us. The delivery team (Arms and his companion) was friendly and professional. Tori's spa care class was engaging and educational and Bob took great care of us sending us on our way with everything we need to care for our new spa. 5 stars all around!

What a GREAT PLACE! We are new spa owners & everyone has been so helpful answering all our questions! Candy is always amazing she helped us pick the perfect spa! We took the spa class & Tori was so nice & a lot of fun! Andy actually came to our house & went over everything w/us (which was a HUGE help) Heather has been awesome & even Bob hooked us up w/testing our water & helping us read the testing strips (properly) and what chemicals we needed to buy.

When you call w/a question everyone is super knowledgeable & will take the time to talk to you & actually help! The delivery team was amazing! I don't know all their names. but wow. what they do is so incredible (and Nate can actually move the spa around by himself -lol) What a wonderful team & great addition to our home! The spa is so relaxing. it has become our routine after dinner every night to get into relax & enjoy! It eases any aches & pains instantly! I highly recommend The Place!

Rex Brown is an exceptional sales professional that guided us through our spa information gathering, selection, ordering and status update processes. He always kept us up to date, answered our numerous questions and was always pleasant to deal with. We now have our spa installed and are enjoying it immensely. Thanks Rex! In regards to Service/Training, Tori Lambright and Bob Harper has been phenomenal in teaching a newbie the chemicals to use, the sequence and answering endless questions. Overall, the trio of Rex, Tori and Bob have made the experience wonderful. Thank you to all three! Very much appreciated!

The Place has been great from the purchase over a year ago (Rex) to the outstanding service and help I get maintaining my hot tub! Bob has been fantastic with knowledge and follow up help I've needed. Tori has also been a great resource. They have a great team there and I highly recommend purchasing from them!

We purchased a swim spa from Joe.we have had it almost a year now and love it! We used it all winter long. Joe was amazing.from our initial inquiry through delivery and installation he made sure we had no unanswered questions. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for either a hot tub or swim spa!

Couldn't be happier with the service I received while in your store recently while shopping for a new spa. Joe was eager to help and extremely knowledgeable. We told him what our needs where and our price range, he took care of the rest! We love our new spa and will definitely be return customers.

Needed a backyard grill and indoor fireplace doors for my new house so figured I would give a local store the shot at both. Better known for spas, I'm now a happy customer of two things The Place sells fewer of. The Big Green Egg grill and table looks great in my backyard. They assembled both so set up was beyond easy. I bought the Large model that was on sale so the price equaled the lowest I could find online.

As for the fireplace doors, the staff made the shopping experience very easy. The Place has a nice selection of samples in store so we could see various options. Sales process was super low pressure and very helpful. Much like the Big Green Egg, we got an idea of what we wanted and left without buying. A couple days later my wife called back to order.

About a week later The Place sent someone out to confirm measurement. It took a couple of weeks for the Big Green Egg to arrive and a couple of months for the fireplace doors. Install for the FP was flawless. Big thumbs up.

I would TOTALLY recommend The Place for all hot tub needs. The sales people make sure to advise you on the best product for your individual needs. Russell and Nate went over and above to make sure the delivery process was smooth. Fantastic all around from shopping to delivery!

We had a great experience with the purchase of our hot tub. From the time that we started the process until our tub was delivered Candy was amazing. She kept us informed on any delays or changes to the arrival our hot tub and was helpful with any questions that we had. The delivery team and support staff were great too. Can't say enough good things about our experience at the Place.

We bought an electric fireplace insert fromThe Place and could not be more pleased. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. The installation involved removing and capping the gas line and removing the gas logs, running an electric line to circuit box to allow for the use of a remote control and installing the unit. The installation team was efficient, knowledgeable and they cleaned up everything. We had an all around excellent experience and I would highly recommend The Place.

I had a wonderful buying experience at The Place. I had spoken to Donerae on the phone initially who was exceptionally helpful. I went into the store where Candy did a fantastic job showing me around the entire showroom and answering all my questions. Donerae followed up shortly after my in-person visit. I placed my order over the phone and got the hot tub delivery scheduled with Heather (who worked to get it delivered before initially promised time). Russell and Nick went above and beyond to get the hot tub installed.

They were extremely professional and exceptionally personable as they put the tub in a tricky spot perfectly. Then Nick explained everything thoroughly and answered our questions. We had a slight complication in that the filters and pillows were left at the shop, but they shipped them out for next-day delivery. I highly recommend The Place!

Had our Heat n Glow fireplace serviced yesterday and was completely satisfied. First time we actually had someone that knew what they were doing. Not cheap but Dave S did a great job. He cleaned everything and got it back in the original working order. It is 20 years old and just hadn't worked well for years because I couldn't seem to find anyone qualified. Glad I found these guys. They will be the only ones to service it now.

We had an issue with a one year old electric fireplace that stopped working. Called Tim at The Place and he got right on it. He sent Pete to correct the problem and parts were needed to be ordered and finally to fix the problem the unit was completely replaced. The service could not have been better! Pete came to our home on several occasions to take care of this issue and we could not have had a more concerned, friendly and professional person take care of us! A big shout out to Pete and Tim and the staff at The Place!

We purchased a hot tub from The Place and couldn't be happier. The staff is wonderful. Rex Brown worked directly with us. He took time to get to know us and listened to our needs. We never felt pressured from Rex. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The entire experience with The Place was terrific and I'd recommend this store to others. We shopped around and found The Place to be the best! Thanks Rex for all your help!

Our new hot tub was delivered almost a month ago, it immediately had an internal leak due to a nonexistent gasket that was not installed by the manufacturer. As disappointing as this was, Heather at The Place was right on it and sent a repair technician out to fix it. The hot tub still has a week fountain jet that I will need to call Heather about, but that is not The Place's fault.

We went with The Place due to their great customer service reputation, and they did not disappoint when I needed them! We're a little disappointed in the brand of spa we purchased, Coast Spas, due to the immediate leak and fountain jet issue. It was a top of the line tub (with a top of the line price), but we will work through its issues with The Place knowing they will take care of us!

Awesome place! Rex the salesman was great. He was informative and didn't pressure us at all. He kept us updated on when our tub would come. Joe and friend (sorry don't remember your name) brought out the tub and set it up. Joe was amazing in his info! It was set up easily. Joe gave us great info! We felt totally comfortable starting up the tube! I highly recommend The Place for your hot tub needs!

We purchased our hot tub from Rex and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, and the customer support didn't stop there. As new hot tub owners, we had many questions. The class was really useful and we made several phone calls to ask questions; every phone call was met with a helpful and patient answer. Every person we've worked with from THE PLACE was courteous, professional and helpful. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a hot tub or other outdoor luxury purchase. Treat yourself!

We stopped into The Place to ask for information on a swim spa and Jacuzzi and spoke with Donerae. She was very helpful and provided us with all the knowledge of both. We were very thankful with the information and purchased both. After receiving our new spas we were signed up for a class to learn how to maintain them. Tori was very helpful with us and this class taught us how to maintain and take care of the spas. I highly recommend to visit The Place if you are interested in either one. The Place covers the entire experience of upgrading your fireplace. From the insert to the overall design, they make the process as easy as it can be. The stonemason they subcontract with is second to none. A true artisan and master of his craft. The staff is friendly and helpful. The product quality is very high. The whole project was fairly expensive, but I consider this more than a minor renovation, so that's expected.

Any time you do a project like this, there will be small problems at least. The Place's hearth manager, Tim, was proactive and more than happy to make it right. I am very satisfied with the result and I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their fireplace!

Seem somewhat disorganized. No cross training. Only certain people can help with certain things. So if you come in looking for a fireplace and the one employee who knows about them is busy, not one of the other 3 standing there can help you, because they'll only know about spas. Also, bring your checkbook. I was informed, after driving 60 miles, that they didn't take credit cards without a 3% up charge. Would have been nice to know that when they called to let me know my order was in. Probably would find another place.

Apparently don't need my money. We are buying a new swim spa. Went there at 5:50 pm last Friday. Did not realize they close at 6pm. Went walking towards the door for a quick look. Salesperson saw us and went to the door. When I said, "Hi, what time do you.". Click click.he locked top and bottom doors without an answer. Thank you for the warm welcome. p.s. we understand that u wanted to close. We would've been outta there in a couple and returned another day.

We recently purchased a new fireplace from Tim Polasko at The Place. Tim not only helped us to choose a fireplace but also kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. He could not have been more helpful from start to finish. The installers, Troy and Hayden, not only did a great job but were friendly and very informative explaining how our new fireplace works.

They were also very considerate of our home, making sure the area they were working in was all covered and then returned everything to its original place. The stone mason Chris did an excellent job with the stone work around the fireplace. It turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier with everyone we worked with from The Place. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants nothing but the best.

I went into The Place with hopes of finding a swim spa. After checking them out, I realized I really couldn't afford one. Donerae asked if I would like to look at a hot tub because I explained to her, I wanted to be able to exercise in one and I have arthritis. I was hesitant at first because I really didn't want to buy a hot tub but checked it out anyway.

She showed me a hot tub that was designed for people with arthritis and that you could do all kinds of exercises in it. Ha ha, she even showed me in it because she had that same hot tub and loved it. I was sold! Nate and Zach delivered my hot tub. These two guys were the most polite and nicest guys you'd ever want to meet! I didn't know how they were going to get that tub in my back yard, but they did!

They explained everything I had to do when it filled up with water. They were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly guys! After they left, my electrician came and was going to hook up hot tub but there was no way he could get into side of tub because my hook up was on other side. Nate and Zach were part way home and turned around and drilled the hole for the electrician!

After electrician left, I filled with water and jets wouldn't turn on. I called The Place and to make a long story short, Joe came out to help me. It was closing time for him but he drove from Medina to Westlake to help me! Turned out electrician hooked wires up wrong. These people go above and beyond what they have to! The service doesn't stop there!

They have a free hot tub class with Andrea that is very helpful! Heather and Michelle were a great help. Can't tell you how many times I've called for help because I'm new at this, they have been SO helpful and I just want you to know, that I appreciate you guys so much! Sorry this was so long but just want people to know, YOU ARE ALL THE BEST!

Just had a spa delivered from The Place. It looks great! We were very happy throughout the process: our salesperson (Donarae) was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The delivery men were also vet knowledgeable and professional. I love that they offer monthly classes on how to best take care of your spa. I highly recommend this place.

Purchased a hot tub form The Place. Great customer service. Didn't try and oversell us. Extremely helpful during set up and delivery. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

My husband and I purchased a spa and outdoor furniture for our new patio from The Place in June, 2017. Donerae and the entire team have taken great care of us. They have gone above and beyond by sending members of their team to our home several times to assist with concerns/questions relating to our spa and water treatment processes. We could not ask for better support! We would recommend The Place to anyone looking for a luxury spa.

I had been to 2 other hot tub dealers before coming to The Place, and left with disappointment each time as nobody would just tell me which hot tub I should buy and why. I felt like I was begging for them to sell me one, but I had no idea what I wanted or needed. There were far too many choices, and I needed to have an expert to walk me through it.

Then I met Donna Ray. she was friendly and not pushy. She directed my husband and I to a few tubs to get the right "fit". She noticed he is super tall and I am super short, and wanted to make sure we were both comfortable. She compared what tub we were interested in at another location to their tub, and told me how each one was different allowing me to make the decision that was best for us.

I didn't go in that day expecting to buy a hot tub, but because of Donna Ray I did! Being in sales and having a very high expectation of sales people the service we received was top notch! I would recommend anyone give these guys a chance and you won't be disappointed!

This is my first purchase from The Place. I have found them to be fair, honest, and professional. I spoke to Donnarea several times. She educated me on all aspects of hot tub mechanics. I checked around on prices and they were very fair. My biggest concern was about service. I have checked the reviews and they came out A+. My tub was delivered by Nathan and Paul.

They explained all the features and the operation of the tub. They came at the time they said they would. And cleaned up all the packing materials. I would highly recommend The Place and wouldn't hesitate do business with them again.

Never will be back again. The staff clearly did not want the sale. Treated as if I walked into someone's home and was a trespasser. In less than 5 minutes tried to speak to manager and did not help. Probably 5th grade education on most of the staff.

The Place has the best customer service I have ever encountered anywhere! Super nice, knowledgable and happy to help, everyone at The Place is wonderful! Their service after the sale never ceases to amaze me! We love our hot tub and highly recommend The Place as the ONLY place to shop for spas!
