First time dealing with your company. Was pleased on the prompt attention getting pricing back to me. Had it within two hours on a stock item RMG handles. Called back and ask want was all includes with the unit. Order desk person (Mr. Jesse) could not say and supposedly passed my question to the salesman and sales mgr.and said he would have them call me. Been over 24 hrs and have not received a return call.
My customer was wanting to place an order no later than Friday. Called RMG again talked to Mr. Jesse and said he would reach out to them again. Just received a phone call back from Mr. Jesse and he past on some helpful info. At lease Mr. Jesse knows what customer service is about. Credit goes to Mr. Jesse for saving this sale.
