Do not buy from this company. Trent our sales guy was friendly and knowledgable but after we ordered it seems like we were forgotten. Trent told us 4-8 weeks for installation. The kid that came over to do the measurements was rude and condescending. He told me they wouldn't cut our sink hole how we wanted it, he was visibly annoyed when I asked him to explain what was on a document he needed me to sign, and then told me I "freaked out a little" about the sink cut.
Not sure why this kid thought it was unreasonable for a customer to ask questions about a product I am spending over $6k for. Jump to 6 weeks later and haven't heard a word from World Stone Group, not a single follow up call giving an ETA for installation. It takes another 3 weeks and multiple calls to them to finally get an install date. The installation crew arrives, not at all friendly.
They also tracked mud and leaves all through my house with zero intention of cleaning it up. The countertop was NOT measured correctly. Buyer beware, they either cannot or will not cut the corners for your sink correctly. I have the exact same sink as my last new build and that stone fabricator had no problems cutting my counter properly. When I asked who was going to fix it they said someone else would be back.
It's been weeks since the install and haven't heard a single thing back from the company. As I suspected, once they got paid they washed their hands of the job. Unfortunately we live in a time where contractors don't have to care how they treat their customers because they are overflowing with work. It's just really disappointing because we chose Trent thinking his company was different, they aren't. I would choose a different company and I will next time.

I called a couple days ago and spoke to Trent. I inquired about the Quartz Silestone countertops and asked if I could have the same type Quartz slab as my backsplash. He said absolutely. He told me of all the choices and I said I would call back to schedule an in home visit. So, I called back today and I spoke to I believe John. He was very unenthusiastic to say the least.
When I asked him about installing a Quartz Silestone backsplash he he replied "we don't do repair work". I told him I wasn't looking for a repair. I'm looking to hire you guys to install a new Quartz backslask and countertop. He sounded as if he would rather be in line at the DMV than doing his job as he painfully said "we do not even sell Quartz".
I said, WOW! The website states that you do. Trent stated that you do! To sum this up, there are plenty of other companies out there. I will make sure all my real estate contractors are informed about this World Stone Groups communication

We purchased our quartz countertops from World Stone Group and had them installed last month March 2021. The quality work done to have everything fit perfectly was exceptional. The installers that came that day were polite, careful when bringing the pieces in, and didn't leave until everything was installed to our satisfaction. Trent is the salesman you meet when you walk in.
He was attentive to every detail to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. When I had a question, he called me back right away. I would highly recommend this company when looking for new countertops.

World Stone Group has been a great experience for our kitchen remodel. We remembered seeing them at the Home Show @ Suburban Show Place and thought let's give them a try. Even during the pandemic, it was an easy process and safe to make an appointment and make our selection of quartz. The sales team (Trent) was extremely knowledgeable of all materials and helpful with selection. Arranging an installation date was quick and efficient. Installation team was professional, on-time, clean and flawless install.
I absolutely love my quartz counter tops and would recommend World Stone Group for sure! Thanks for the great experience during the finishing of our kitchen remodel. Highly recommend!

We have worked with World Stone twice and have nothing but positive things to say. Our first project was small (finishing basement and adding kitchenette) and our second project was massive (full home remodel). We worked with Trent both times and his service and attention to detail was nothing short of first class. I had a VERY difficult time choosing all of my countertops but he was incredibly helpful and worked with me until we got it perfect. Prices are very fair and the selection is extensive. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere!

This company was recommend to me. Trent personally helped with my selection and he found the perfect slab. I also purchased the sink from them, as they had a selection of higher quality than the big box stores, Every employee I dealt with was very polite and professional. They scheduled the on-site measure really quickly. The counter top was ready sooner than expected.
When they came to install, on a Monday, it turned out my cabinets were not level, that was on me as I did not hire them to prep the kitchen. They rescheduled the install that same week, which was a pleasant surprise. The installers did have to do some cutting into the wall, they used a tool with a vacuum to limit dust. They did install the sink, but do not hook up the plumbing, Trent explained this up front. I love the counter top, sink, and highly recommend this company.

World Stone Group was recommended to us by some friends and we couldn't be happier with the counter-tops and the service. Trent was amazing in walking us through the process and getting us taken care of in a timely manner. There was slight adjustment that noticed and needed after the installation, and they were able to get it serviced quickly and painlessly for us. I would happily recommend the World Stone Group to anyone.

We could not be happier with the installation of our new counter tops. They are everything we had hoped they would be. I'm still amazed World was able to get them installed before Christmas, less than 3 weeks from us making our decision. We will be sure to let anyone interested know about World Stone Group. Thanks to Trent and the entire crew.

I wrote a review where this company cut the opening of my sink wrong and had to get another slab.of course not the same. Then I called them to fix chips that were not ground out, they never returned my call. Then 3 years later I hear a kaboom, the sink dropped out of the opening. $700 dollars later, the plumber to detach the plumbing and reattach, AJ Danboise, great company, and Granite Creations, to reset the sink and add brackets, also a great company, the job is done correctly. If I could give World of Stone a big fat ZERO I would.

On our first visit Trent gave great customer service and answered all questions and concerns, he seemed very knowledgeable. The White Quartz was delivered and installed back in March/April. Moved into the home in May and immediately noticed a black mark in the middle of the Island, which had previously been covered Trent sent a guy out to try and polish the mark out but it was a flaw within the Stone. ( Have to say this guy was fantastic, very polite and gave great customer service.
Second Island was delivered after a few weeks wait, this one had black veins through it. Third Island-we chose our slab from MSI, they delivered to World of Stone, we went and checked it over before it was cut. The third island was delivered and yes it is great other than the radius is not correct (the bevelled edge). Again the two guys who delivered and installed were fantastic. There has been no contact from Trent or his team since the last installation. A check in would have been nice! Overall are we happy with the Quartz in the end Yes.

I looked at several installers and am so glad I worked with these guys. Sam and Trent were great in answering my multiple questions. They walked me through the whole process during my appointment. Service and installation were fast. Most places you are at the mercy of how they want to cut so the best part was sitting down with Rick, who has been there 14 years to participate in how my granite would be cut and installed. I would definitely recommend and use them again for additional projects.

I appreciated trent the sales person. He was very pleasant and knowledgable and pointed us in the right direction to pick out our sink and counter support. The show room was nice and had a good selection. Unfortunately the first time they came for install the product left with 2 very obvious imperfections. Half inch gap from the wall and gauge in another place. Fabrication is lacking and there was no quality control.
The installers even spoke about how difficult their job is when they sneak these countertops on the truck and make them try to fix them onsite in front of the customer. The countertop was returned we were rescheduled. I expressed how important that our sink is 100% lined up evenly and centered with the window. I asked them to call me and tell me how they were going to fix the wrong cut and they never called me. THE SINK IS NOT CENTERED WITH THE WINDOW.
To fix the deficits they moved it over without my permission and without my knowledge. Yes i was there when it was installer but 2nd most neglectful thing this company did was tracking snow into my house and creating a hazard. All over my pergo flooring. Nothing was placed on the floor no care was in place. They didnt clean up after themselves and take any care in the work place.
I was called from the family room to look at the seam and fell. 3 insallers were there. 1 was a manager. The youngest installer apologized. The other 2 continued with the conversations and laughed. The company didn't call afterwards. I suffered a significant injury to my ankle that may need surgery. I am exploring all my options. So yes you will have a pleasant experience when purchasing your countertops but the fabrication in my experience was not done well. Fixing it by making changes without our knowlege and being sloppy (not vacuuming after they made cuts onsite) and creating a dangerous workplace with leaving snow and water all over out kitchen is simple neglect. Not contacting the customer knowing there was an injury caused by their company is a true testimony to who this company is.

Very friendly but no attention to detail. We picked out granite, sinks and faucets for a bathroom remodel. We thought they laid out the job and everything would fit until Cary at the counter threw out a."it's gonna be a tight fit". He said the sink was so big from front to back that the faucet drain might not function properly. I took him up on his warning and searched for a smaller sink.
When I gave them the dimensions of the next sink all I got was.still gonna be tight. One more sink later, smallest dimensions I could find and they said.yeah, that will work. They installed the granite and I ended up with sinks the width of a shoebox. They came out to review the job and their conclusion was.yes that sink is too small. I had to have the entire job done over again.
The second slab of granite we got wasn't as nice as our first slab and I ended up with 2 sinks that weren't as nice as the ones I originally picked out. They never admitted any responsibility and only took $300 off the re-do. To add insult to injury, I found out after the second install, that the original sinks would have worked perfectly.
I had to lay out the job myself so I was sure things would be correct the second time around. When installing for second time we noticed the faucet hole in one of the tops was off center. The installer had to grind away as much granite as he could under the faucet to center it in the sink opening. As I was attaching the plumbing to the bottom of the sink, I noticed one sink was missing its retainer clips to the bottom of the granite. Had to call them out again to fix that. I hope this review saves you from a major hassle with these guys. We won't be back.

Unfortunately, I cannot give World Stone a good review. Our kitchen sink they installed fell through while filled with water. Owner and Manager were not apologetic or helpful in any way. Once they finally sent an installer out more than 24hrs later, the installer admitted the sink was hung improperly. It was hung the way you would hang a small wet bar sink.
No wooden supports, just glue. In the meantime water caused immediate warping to our hardwood floors and leaked through the sub flooring down into our drywalled ceiling in our finished basement. Thousands of dollars later and having to deal with major restorations in our house we were forced to file our own homeowners claim as the manager and owner would not respond to our calls. 5days after the incident occurred the owner called.
He never apologized for the damages his company caused and was very rude and defensive. Our insurance company is now in subrogation with theirs to try and recoup money for damages along with our deductible. I get mistakes happen, employees take short cuts, but take care of your innocent customers. Isn't that why they have liability insurance in the first place? Trent, the manager was so nice when we were buying our Stone from him, but please beware they will not stand by their work.

Pay close attention to detail, we recently had new granite counter tops installed and in general we were pleased with the quality and installation. We were told that they didn't reattach the plumbing which i understand but we needed to re-plumb everything under the sink in the new configuration. Additionally our stove didn't fit which required us to re-plumb the gas line coming in and we had to cut down drawers and move them around. I'm sorry but that isn't what we bargained for.
I did speak to them about this and their follow up was poor and I'm still waiting for a call back which I'll never get. Take the time to clearly understand what's involved and what they will and won't do ahead of time so you don't run into additional expense and inconveniences when the project completes because you are on your own when they leave.

World Stone Group is an amazing granite company that provides both great customer service and beautiful countertops. I absolutely love my countertops; they look great in my new kitchen. All interaction with the company, from sales to installation, was handled in a very professional and polite way. I was really pleased with my purchase and would recommend World Stone Group to anyone!

We got quotes for less $ elsewhere but went with them b/c we believed that their technology would benefit us. Neither their product or service is worth the extra money. My salesman was very dishonest, tried to blame me for their cutting mistake and when I attempted to address several serious problems with my counter to him, he never responded. Start to finish I wasted over one month waiting for a product that was ultimately unusable.
