Services
When Al Menzies Sr. established Standard Die over 50 years ago, his plan was simple: stand out from the competition. As the first metal stamper to the industrial diamond industry, he was unwilling to compromise his values. He made sure integrity, customer service and quality were integrated into every aspect of the business and, as a result, designed and manufactured some of the world's finest products for the industrial diamond industry. By pursuing this mission for more than four decades, we have grown from a start-up tool and die operation to a world-class metal stamping company.
Standard Die is a full-service metal drawing and stamping company. We obtain exotic materials, then design, manufacture, clean, assemble and deliver unique premium parts. At every stage of production, you will enjoy the full support of our friendly, qualified Standard Die team. Don't just take our word for it - as a recipient of our Key Customers Outstanding Service Award, we place a deep value on the satisfaction of each of our clients. From each product's conception through its delivery to your doorstep, our team considers your unique needs.
From initial contact to the delivered product, our design and engineering team is focused on your needs and satisfaction. We will work closely with you to translate your functional requirements into high-quality tooling designs. We excel in making parts to print and can assist with your design and engineering challenges.
At Standard Die International, we offer custom metal stamping services for a wide variety of industries. From smaller metalworking applications to mass-production of manufactured parts, we handle every process so you can manufacture and service products with reliable metal and plastic parts. Whether we're drawing a deep titanium cup or completing custom stamping part orders, we excel at big and small custom parts, such as small deep drawn stainless steel parts, made from thin gauge specialty metals.

The company was replete with inept and unethical managers. I encountered one of the least competent, most timid general managers (ironically promoted to vice-president), who had no qualms about lying just about anything and everything; a transparent coxcomb with neither solid talents nor a solid nature - a sycophant. He surrounded himself with inept & very distasteful managers, none of whom had any respect for him.
None of the managers, including the rotund, inept general manager, the production manager who couldn't tell a foot ruler from a yard stick & the odious, dainty, coiffured, recherche, vacuous, insufferable tool manager - a pretentious fop & pansy - could read a simple manual & calibrate an air gauge. They wanted to buy a new air gauge, unbeknownst to the company owner.
The new gauge would also have required calibration. These dolts thought the gauge was faulty. They, however kept shipping uninspected parts. My resignation was via e-mail. That's how little I thought of the company.
