Hello, I would to file my concerns and disappointment with an area manager for Stayner, Ontario, Canada. I purchased the Sakrete Polymeric Sand form Home Depot last week, June 2019, for my area flagstone walkway. I followed the directions listed on the back of the package and came out with a very poor outcome. Majority of the walkway did not harden. and many parts are flaking off.
I have a video of the area being lightly leaf blown, showing the extent of the damaged area. I would appreciate it if the area Manager could please call me to discuss how I can be compensated for the over $200 spent on my walkway. I am very disappointed with this product and I am very surprised that a company as large and well known as Sakrete would put out something like this.
