Lightly etches and removes dirt, soil, soap scum and hard-water deposits from grout joints. Grout may periodically require special attention because of its porous and textured surface. Also, grout joints are normally recessed below the tile surface. Simply running a mop across the tile surface does not always clean the grout.

Unfortunately, we had a poor customer experience here. The salesman treated getting pricing for me on a few options like he was doing me a favor. But the worst was when the owner introduced himself to me and then rudely blew me off when he realized I wasn't the wealthy man he was rushing to suck up to (who was in the next room).

First of all, Italia's tile (and stone, engineered quartz, glass sinks.) choices are gorgeous and not run-of-the-mill. It's not a huge showroom, which is helpful for me because it's not overwhelming, but it still has a huge selection. My initial visit years ago was for a very small project, about $200, and I walked in looking like an old bag lady, but Joe and Kevin (and Tommy, who is no longer there) gave their utmost customer service and were extremely polite and helpful.
We're now in the process of a total remodel and are happy to be able to bring them a decent-sized order. They continue to go above and beyond as we make multiple visits to check and triple check our choices. Couldn't be happier with them.
