Went to choose a granite slab. The lady that helped us was awesome. Visit on the phone was pleasant. Large selection of product. Would suggest looking here before you buy. We found what we wanted.

Great place to look at materials, but they won't provide any pricing at all and you must go through your fabricator. Waste of a trip for me. I have a fabricator already and wanted to look at a few more options today so I can make a decision, but they wouldn't even discuss pricing. I'll just stick to my original place that provided clear pricing per slab.

We purchased a slab here and weren't 100% pleased with the quality. I will say that Hayden has been super responsive and in communication with our fabricator. They are working to make sure everything is right as this is a substantial purchase. We are grateful for Hayden's attention to our concerns.

So many choices and the people are friendly and helpful. We even found one we wanted to see that was buried behind other slabs and they were kind enough to pull the others away so we could see if we liked it. They helped us with how to record the slabs we liked so it could be sent back to the fabricator and reserved those for us.

It was so nice. The sales rep who helped me to decided the stone to buy was so nice, humble and intelligent. He took time to explain me all the goods and bads about each type of stone. When I stepped in it was so overwhelming for me as they have huge options of colors and types of stones in their gallery. However we ended up buying Quartz slabs and it looks so wonderful installed in my kitchen and master bath.

One star because you can't give ZERO. Which is how much customer service we got from them. They made us make 3 trips at an hour each way (we called ahead each time to make sure they were ready) only to find out when we arrived that they either didn't move things so we could actually see the granite we wanted to buy (We were called overreactive) our that they actuly couldn't move them. Find another provider. There are plenty that want your business

Here's the deal with this place. I just picked stone here for a second time. The first time was about two years ago, and this time was about two weeks ago. The first time I got a granite countertop, and this time I went with a quartz - both beautiful! It's one of those places where the office folks sort of point out the area where the type of stone you want is located, and then leave you alone while you look. Personally, I love that!

If you want to see a slab, there are some workers there to move slabs for you. They've always been very helpful. When you find something you like, you write down the slab information on a piece of paper, head back to the office, and give it to the staff. They then put a "hold" on your slabs and reach out to your contractor. The customer service may not seem good to folks, but for me, I like being left alone to look.

I just kept walking around until I found something I loved. Like I previously said. I've picked my countertops here twice and will probably be back a third time whenever I'm in the market for granite, quartz, marble or any other stone. I love this place! Ignore the bad reviews and at least check it out.

Cosmos was the only supplier through my manufacturer so unfortunately I did not have a choice but to use them. They do not take reservations to pick out a slab and their hours are terrible (M-F 9-5 and S 9-1 I believe). So I went on Saturday because their weekday hours don't agree with my work schedule, I drive all the way there and tell them what I am there to do and they tell me they are too busy with deliveries to let me pick out my slab and I would need to come back another day.

I complained, obviously, saying they don't take reservations so am I just supposed to show up and hope they aren't too busy for me? So they agreed to let me look at the slab and they acted like I was the biggest inconvenience ever. They tried selling me on the front slabs so they did not have to move any and when I requested they did they sighed and made it seem like the biggest deal ever.

They also claimed the slabs behind the front were "exactly the same" so moving them isn't necessary and when I asked that they do, the slabs behind were VERY different. I left there feeling very disappointed and wishing I could have gone elsewhere. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero stars. We went to Cosmos last Tuesday to pick out two slabs for our kitchen. Our kitchen guy gave us two choices and we chose the wrong one at first. The lady up front was very nice but not very helpful. We told her that we were there to pick out two slabs. She couldn't find any of our information even though he sent it weeks ago.

I told her we drove over an hour and a half to get here and wanted to pick out our granite today. She insisted that we couldn't do that. We had to come back with our fabricator. In the mean time we were walking around looking at the different slabs while two guys were driving around on large machines texting the whole time. I almost got hit. I then called Nick, our kitchen guy, he said he sent people there all the time to pick out slabs and never had any issues.

He finally talked to someone named Syliva who wouldn't even come out of her office to talk to us. We were there maybe an hour and a half and didn't get anywhere. We then went to Global granite and marble 15 minutes away. They were so nice and helpful. Dominika was the one who helped us. We picked out some beautiful marble. Iv'e never been to a place that act like they don't want your business.

Called to find out about holiday hours and no one bothered picking up the phone which was during normal business hours. This was the 23rd. Also called the Saturday after (26th) AND went there to check during normal business hours only to find them closed. No "holiday hour" sign or anything. The answer machine states "that the voicemail mailbox is full and can not accept messages". This place was recommended by my contractor and now I would have to question his judgement at all. Based on other reviews, why am I not surprised. Don't bother

Arrived at cosmos on Saturday at 12:30. Sign says they are open till 1:00. Receptionist said were closing in 5 minutes! Really? Guess they would rather close early on a Saturday than make a sale. She wasn't polite about it. Taking my business down the street.
