Copper Foiled panels are excellent for very detailed subjects. They are great for wildlife art. They can be built and installed behind existing glass panels or they can be inserted into an insulated unit for new construction. They can also be framed and hung in a window. Below you will find many examples of panels that I have done over the years using this method. Depending on the glass used, they can also be used for providing privacy in windows that are hard to place blinds or curtains on.
Lead came panels are Ideal for the more traditional stained glass designs and with the use of bevels and bevel clusters. One of the drawbacks to leaded windows in the past was that necessity of metal reinforcing bars across the panels. Over the years the lead could stretch and sag because of the weight of the glass.
We do all sorts of etched panels for homes and businesses. For external windows we can make them into insulated panels like the one pictured here. The lady who ordered this window was installing it into a new window frame that was being built in her kitchen. She had Silver Foxes that lived on her property in Colorado.
We do all sorts or etched glassware and you will be able to order etched glassware directly from our store once we get it set up. Military Glassware: We offer many military emblems and if you don't see what you want, just ask. Since almost all military items have ongoing sales once they are added to the inventory plus the fact that I am a Navy veteran, we never charge an artwork fee for military emblems, or unit patches.
